I had not had a cold treat from Cold Stone in several years, so I stopped in here on a weekday and it was pretty dead, I thought they were closed when pulling up. I opted for the Strawberry Blond without caramel and it was decent. Nothing spectacular; in fact, I’d rather have a shake from Shake Factory, those are always on point.

I wish I could give zero stars. I'll start by saying I used to be a big fan of cold stone. everyone of both my sons birthdays I always buy a cold stone cake they love them. However we just had my sons 16th birthday and as always we got his favorite cold stone cake and what a disappointment.the cake was dry and there was barley no ice cream. it's like they forgot to put ice cream on ice cream cake. I called to voice frustration and they informed me a Manger would call back and they never did

Love all coldstones and used to work at one at school. The service at this location is great, always seasonal flavors, the cakes are great for parties or birthdays. You can customize your own cake as well. Will always visit when I am craving ice cream.

I'm your average white guy. I like me a classic strawberry shake . Needless to say I was not disappointed going to this place. 12/10 for this place and they layout. You walk in the door and such a delightful smell of waffle cones!!

I have ordered a birthday cake atleast a week before for today date which is 6/23 and when I called in afternoon for little modifications they told if I can pick cake tomorrow -6/24 . Really !!! After couple of min discussion, one cold reply “we will see what I can do “ !!!I don’t want point but teenage kids need to understand professionalism as it could be a big event for someone .Definitely I will would not recommend for any planned event as you never know what they can say in last min.Negative rating ……..
Ice cream is always so soft and melting by the time we get it. Not sure if it's not kept at freezing temperature or when mixing the toppings that it becomes so milky. We tried it 3 times, and unfortunately it was all the same. Place was clean, and staff was polite.

This location has really gone downhill in the past year. Today there was one woman who appeared to have just rolled out of bed working the counter. She was slow moving and rude. The store looked dirty. This used to be a favorite stop for my family, but I’m done. Cold Stone went from friendly, singing counter staff to one surly person who barely greets customers. For as expensive as the ice cream is, the store could at least be clean.

Avoid this location. Seriously, save your money and frustration, unless you like going here for the customization, paying 79¢ per mix-in, only to get plain ice cream with a pinch of each mix-in all lumped together at the bottom of your bowl. The owner is terrible, and that trickles down to the employees, which ends up as your ice cream. I am giving two-stars, only because once or twice a year, there is a competent employee that actually cares and makes the ice cream you expect and pay for from Coldstone...Before they, too rightfully stop caring or quit. There are much better ice cream places nearby, so skip this one and go elsewhere.
