Impressed the minute I walked in the door. Awesome service and amazing VIBE.....this hip little space instantly became my new go-to watering hole while visiting the city. Prices are great, the drinks are unique and deelish - and the service is top-notch. From the quaint candle lit tables to the old black and white photos and the wall, I enjoyed it all. Oh, AND, take your fave vinyl!! They will play it!

Decent atmosphere but very small. No live music which is a bummer. Staff was snooty and rude. Almost left immediately because of this. The drinks are not very good and food options suck.
Great vibe. Friendly bartenders.

Fun atmosphere, nice staff. Terrible drinks - I can guess the age range of the crafter, or at least the bartender because I was told my drink wasn't going to be sweet at all. It was undrinkably sweet. I couldn't take more than a few sips. They drinks had too many ingredients so nothing stood out and everything got munged into blandness. My three table partners who all ordered different cocktails were all on the same page.

Creative and very tasty cocktails in a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
My boyfriend and I had a bit of difficulty finding the entrance, but when we did we were greeted and led inside while being given the option of table or bar seating. The bartender Rachel made a phenomenally balanced cocktail called the Bellhop from their Commerce Classics section of the menu. My boyfriend had their Monty Python cocktail (their take on a modern manhattan) that was also delicious! Sitting at the bar, we could see the care and skill being put into the drinks as they were mixed well and double strained to avoid any ice chips. For food we got the spinach artichoke dip and the Gateau Opera (a gluten free dessert with almond flour, espresso, and chocolate). Both were sooo good! We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious cocktails and an awesome atmosphere. Cool speakeasy nestled in between two dumpsters in an alleyway ?

Cool entrance into the place. The bar has a vintage vibe. The cocktails were okay, but not surprising. The place was a bit noisy too. On the plus side, we got there early (~8.45pm) and did not have to queue to get in.

This place is sooooo cool!!! You go down an alley and there’s a hidden door. Inside it’s dimly lit with a huge chandelier in the middle. The bartenders were amazing. We bought some sugars and salts at Steel City Salt and the bartender made us a drink and rimmed the glass with the sugar we bought. Such a fun place. Holds maybe 25-50 people

Blown away by the bartenders and the atmosphere. The Mezcal martini and wine I had was perfect.

Best craft cocktails in the city that are absolutely worth what you pay for them. Approachable and professional bartenders. GREAT music playlists. Especially recommend coming here on a Thursday night. Immaculate vibes.

Two words: hidden gem. Commerce Bar has a sleek and sophisticated atmosphere. The cocktails are expertly crafted by skilled bartenders that take pride in their work. It shows in the finished product. The vibe here is both relaxed and upscale. As a plant lover, I loved the photos trailing from the planters along the skylight. The music is unique.

First off, the vibes are IMMACULATE. I was expecting a bit of a “too cool for you” attitude but found just the opposite- servers were incredibly welcoming and friendly! And the decor is just unmatched! Couldn’t give it five stars though, only because of the drinks. The menu cocktails were underwhelming and the option to pick a liquor and flavor profile and have the bartender make one yielded unimpressive and unpalatable results. So overall the mixology could use some work but I will absolutely be back!
