Coffee and service has always been great. Giving 1 star because they have the worst to-go cups I’ve ever used. After walking for about 30 seconds my entire hand is covered in coffee leaking from the lid. Burnt my hand and stained my sweater because of their terrible to-go cups.

The people working act like the world revolves their time. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Their own side conversation going on for 15 mins before taking any other orders. They act like no one else has anywhere to be. Just brutal
