good food, but horrible service. takeout takes forever when it’s not even busy. food is good so i’ll put up with it

The staff does not typically greet customers upon arrival, and when assistance is requested, the service tends to be unhelpful. Takeout orders are consistently delayed by 15 to 20 minutes beyond the estimated time, so plan accordingly. While I have continued ordering from this location due to its convenience, recent experiences have been disappointing. Nearly every order over the past few months has been either incorrect or significantly delayed compared to the time listed in the app. Unfortunately, I will no longer be supporting this establishment moving forward.

Terrible catering experience. Do not recommend to anyone considering their catering option. We paid almost $600 on full catering for 30 people. We were told this amount would be 2 to 3 tacos per person. The picture below is the only meat they provided and they did not even provide 50 total taco shells, so we ran out of taco shells as well. The nacho bar we ordered only came with a small queso bowl, nowhere near enough for the volume the nacho bar was supposed to provide. We called the Condado office and the woman who is responsible for catering offered us only a small refund and points for a free taco. Absolutely terrible customer service and no help. Nobody should waste their time and money on Condado catering.

Ordered the Sol bowl chicken was shredded and super dry. No flavor whatsoever. Rice was bland as well. Very disappointing serviced in a plastic container with a plastic fork. Wasted $40 dollars for nothing. Was not mexican at all.
