I contacted Casey a month out from my wedding to track down a GF/DF wedding cake. Not only was she willing to help me but the cake she made was STUNNING. I have never had a better GF/DF cake! I ordered cake for my son's 1st birthday party and Casey was so wonderful to work with. You order online, she follows up promptly via email to confirm any design details, and then you pick up the most impressive cake you've ever seen! The italian meringue buttercream is so so good. I will definitely be ordering cakes from her again!
