I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had during our most recent visit. We’ve been to this establishment multiple times — our son enjoys the arcade, and we always spend a significant amount of money on food, drinks, and games. Unfortunately, this time the bar manager, the shift manager, and another employee demonstrated completely unprofessional and rude behavior.
When we politely brought up an issue regarding an employee’s rude and disrespectful conduct, the bar manager was unable to handle a basic conversation without becoming defensive. Instead of listening, he escalated the situation with attitude and zero accountability. It was very clear that professionalism, hospitality, and basic customer service are not values upheld here.
Rather than resolving the concern, the shift manager became involved and ultimately told us we were “not welcomed back.” I have never in my life been banned from an establishment ,especially for simply addressing unacceptable employee behavior. Out of fairness, I returned all of our unused arcade tokens on the spot, which they took back without hesitation (likely to resell to the next customer), proving this was never about policy — it was about ego and poor management.

We’ve been to this place a few times but apparently we’re banned now. Staff is untrained and rude , and if you speak to any management they’re all just as rude and disrespectful. Everyone I was with aside from my kid have all worked and or continue to work in food and beverage industries. The difference is we worked in much finer dining environments. Two of us own businesses ourselves and would never treat or talk to customers the way the staff did here. They don’t have to worry about us coming back nor any friends or family because we’ll be sure to let everyone we know how much the customers are respected and appreciated.
Great place lots of fun
Beverage manager unprofessional
Server rude as can be shut the garage door we were sitting by to get cool air it was hot. She said too bad it raining which it was not a down poor. The shift manager was professional and did open the door again. Servers were looking at me rude because I brought it to someone's attention. Again great place but some rude servers. Tyler at the bar is great. Beverage manager served me a drink I said thank you 3 times he ignored me. What does that say about him??
The chicken was not that great. It was juicy just not very flavorful. Season fries tasted like they were coated in seasoned salt. Soda comes in a can. They told my husband and his co-worker to wait half an hour to order their burgers because theu were backed up and when they went to order they were told they were out of burgers. My husband did say the fish sandwich was good. Duckpin bowling was super fun and they have a decent selection of pinball and game machines. Food was pretty expensive.

I visited this place while I was in the early stages of labor and it was amazing. The blackend chicken sandwich was delicious, the server was super nice and so was the chef. 10/10 would go again

You have to go up an order and then pick up your own food and drink, All the while there are people standing around doing nothing. The food was ok. A couple of the staff members were downright rude.

Never eating food from here again. Ordered food delivered. After an hour wait, we were missing the seasoned fries and bourbon bbq dipping sauce. The salad was ordered with fish and chicken but came with only fish. The cornbread tasted like pound cake. The biscuits were hard, and they came with a grainy cinnamon sugar butter instead of the honey butter. The fried chicken was cold and had a thick hard coating, and it came in a box on top of some sad and soggy looking white bread and watery pickle slices. The bourbon buffalo chicken dip came in a tiny cup and was cold and awful. We didn't taste any bourbon or hot sauce, just chicken and a watery looking sauce. The chips that came with it were completely plain, not even salt on them. The cheese curds said they came tossed in a ranch sauce. They were greasy and cold, and they looked and tasted like they had just been tossed in oil. Worst food we've ever had delivered.
Update: I wrote this review the night we got the food. Come the middle of the night, both my husband and I were up and in the bathroom with bad stomach cramps and nausea. Apparently we both got food poisoning.

Delicious cherry espresso martini
We went here with our daughter/husband and three grandkids. A wonderful place for adults and children.
We had adult drinks, loaded fries, Nashville hot sandwich, loaded brisket, cheese curds, chicken sandwich with blue cheese and bacon and wings.
The adults and kids all had a great time. The food alone is worth the visit.
All the staff were very friendly and service was quick.
This place has the best chicken sandwiches in the strip. The Nashville chicken is my favorite.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Small portion of chicken tenders and fries. Also forgot to put my sauce (honey mustard) in the bag. Food was cold and drink was hot. Worst 25$ I ever spent.
Quick service, clean, great food and atmosphere
