Very cool spot on mt worshington. It is hard to get a seat on the balcony/patio overlooking the city apparently. Bar is half outdoor - indoor which is pretty cool. I got the smoked brisket which was yummy. Served in a bucket of juice so there’s no way people can say it’s dry. Sauce complimented it very well and the fries were banging. Portions were a little small for the price for a $20 plate in my opinion but solid joint overall.
Parking: Pretty congested area so you may need to park decently far away.

If basic was a restaurant it would be Coughlins.
Came in on friday night. Wasn’t super busy got sat right away. Crab Rangoon nachos were great, drinks were mid. Our food was awful. I got the smoked brisket and it looked like it was fake meat literally. My wife got the pear and goat cheese burger, ate two bites and ate no more. Had high expectations but definitely won’t be returning. Brisket looks disgusting as seen in the photo. Great service from our waitress though.

Was in from out of town. Had dinner reservations at a different restaurant. Wife and i decided to skip that place and try Coughlin’s. The google photos looked so good, the reviews were really good. So we got there and there was no wait. They were not terribly busy. It was extremely loud in there to the point i couldn’t have any conversations with my wife. We each ordered the American burger and fries. The burgers were just Meh. did not look the the photos online and the fries were terrible. They had so much salt on them they were inedible. $60 is just way too expensive for what you get.

A busy restaurant in Mount Washington. Took took the Mo. Incline up to the restaurant since we were staying in Downtown Pittsburgh. Have to try the Crab Rangoon nachos for starters. Really good BBQ as well.

Great food, nice atmosphere, amazing service. Honestly no complaints other than the espresso martini was a little sweet, but otherwise everything was great.

I was excited to go here and try their crazy smoked burgers, but it turns out they serve brunch until like 1pm on Saturdays (and i presume Sundays) and i arrived at noon, oops!. The smoked wings were good. I didn't like their iced tea, though. Next time I will stick to booze. The brisket/egg/hash thing was pretty amazing, though.

Great food, service, & atmosphere!
The presentation of the food was the best part, but everything else was not good. The chicken parm sliders were dry, the nutcracker margarita and espresso martini were below average in taste. The gnocchi dish was a greasy mess. The crab Rangoon nachos were very messy and we were given no napkins or plates even though we were sharing among 4 people. It is a shame because they make everything look very good but it doesn’t actually taste good. Not worth the price or drive to get there.

A "hype spot," a place you see on social media that reels you in with their high-priced beers and food; the price tag falsely assuring you of quality or uniqueness.
I've been to both the Mt. Nebo and Mt. Washington location. Avoid the latter at all costs - it is crowded beyond belief and the service deeply suffers because of it. As for the former, and both locations a whole, neither the food, nor drink, nor service commands the price you pay. For a party of two, expect to pay $75-$100 after tipping. For what you get...forget it.
Tldr; it's exorbitantly expensive for what it is. Look elsewhere.

Good drinks and the bar staff is great. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed when it's busy but that is no reflection on them.

The crab ragoon nachos were pretty good and were the highlight of our dining experiance. Sadly they were out if two items one being the gnocchi. I tried the veggie risotto, the rice was under cooked. Service unfortunately was lacking as after the entrees came out, we didn't get checked up on until close to being done. Had a nice expansive draft menu that we enjoyed. Food and service was not the best for this visit.

Came in as a group, was treated as a bother. Host was completely nasty. We tried to sit by families once we were denied as a group, due to lack of tables. We were told a 8 top came in but in front of us were 4 empty tables and a table cleaned in the back. We then tried to split into a families or 4 and one of 6, again denied because we came in as one. Host continuously was nasty, to the point that other customers were chuckling at her. Joke of a restaurant and a customer service.
PS- host said we couldn't be sat as separate tables because we could get stabbed by cutlery by passing servers.

Unwelcome, felt as though we were a pricked to be at their restaurant. Extremely rude. Would not recommend.
