Middle aged white man working here is so rude and demeaning. There are literally so many reviews about him on here from months ago and management does nothing. Do better.

I never leave reviews but I felt like I needed to in order to warn others to stay away when the man is working. He was completely miserable to me and everyone else I saw come in to order. I initially stayed to do some pattern design but felt so uncomfortable in general while also listening to him demean not only other customers, but a instacart driver they had ordered from whom didn’t speak English. Extremely rude encounter. I asked for the bathroom keys and instead of handing them to me, he threw them on the counter in front of me. STAY AWAY from this place, the owner is clearly not doing anything about him as I’ve seen multiple multiple reviews about this guy and he’s still there and still completely terrible.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DID NOT APPRECIATE the "service" we didn't get a chance to receive. We walked in with only one other person there and it was like he didn't want to wait on us or for us to be there. He barely made eye contact with us...I did have a bottled water and a bag but he did not even give my friend and I a chance to explain that we had no intentions of drinking and we did not have food in the bag, I was carrying paper in the bag which I took out to show him but he didnt take the time to look over and see as if he was looking down on us and KEPT cut us off saying "I don't care what you have in the bag no outside food or drink is allowed". After we tried to continue to stay after the fact it just so happens that he was out of the product that she wanted causing us to leave and not wanting to return.

December 29 2024 Just popped in for coffee, didn't get food but had slim choice if your looking for food. Ordered 2 americano's with nothing brought own creamer since typically only half/half and french is only options. Attendant friendly and courteous, place was clean.

The coffee is smooth and has a great taste affordable and the girl working was so sweet
Love checking out smaller, local coffee spots and this was legit the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The dude seemed to just not wanting to be there, nor even engage. When I first approached the counter, I saw there was a list of the syrup flavors they offered, but the font was kinda small, so I needed to be close. I simply said to him, "I'm just looking at the flavors" so he'd know why I'd approached and his response was just rude. Even an "okay" would have been better. He was just super blunt, with no warmth or even a vibe of wanting to serve anyone.
On top of that, the cold brew as not good.

I barely leave reviews but this has been one of the worst cafe I’ve been to. Service is really bad, don’t know if the guy working here is racist or is just mad at everyone. Highly recommend if you are looking for some attitude.

Okay coffee. Barista with the glasses ruined the vibe for everyone. I don’t care if he was having a bad day. Denied an obviously struggling woman the bathroom to change her baby and had a horrible attitude towards the paying customers. He should feel an immense amount of shame even if that’s store policy.

Came in the afternoon of 12/2 for a hot beverage. The man who was at the counter was incredibly rude and treated customers like they were a nuisance. Seems from other reviews that the guy is a problem and is losing business for the shop.

I usually come here to waste time while waiting for the bus. Anytime I come and the two females are working it’s pleasant but when the man is working it’s not. He never seems happy and is not engaging. Nothing wrong with my order but I do think he needs an attitude check.
