Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I feel more like a friend stopping by for coffee than just a customer. Coffee is always fresh and brewed just right. I did not rate the food because I have not purchased any food items yet.

I LOVE this place - it’s my go-to coffee spot when I’m working Downtown. I’m obsessed with their spiced Chai tea latte. They also have the BEST seasonal displays/drinks. Staff is friendly too. 5 stars all around.

The Coffee Village has become part of my routine—the drinks are great whether I’m looking for just my standard oat milk vanilla latte or one of the fun themed ones that the staff is always coming up with (with matching themed decor to match!) Everyone is always super friendly and efficient and I will continue to come here.

Great & quick matcha!

So the pastries were above average for even a day old.
The drip coffee was similar to 7 Eleven and the vanilla latte was burnt and terrible tasting.
The guy working treated the process like a union boss on an assembly line.
Stick to Starbucks around the corner.

Nothing starts the day off right like a good cup of coffee! The Coffee Village, formerly known as Crazy Mocha, serves up a delicious cup!! Whether you want hot or iced, they have many flavors and specialty drinks from which to choose! I am a fan of their caramel macchiato! Smooth coffee without even a hint of bitterness! Very friendly service and a nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy your coffee! Highly recommend!!

The squirrel hill location orders bagels and pastries from aldi through a personal shopping service - which is awesome. Except for the fact they do not tip on their orders. Says a lot about a company - especially when they have tip options at their stores. I can’t recommend a company like that.

The owner, he is the sweetest. I was tired and rundown and had like 20 minutes until my connecting bus arrived. Gave me a great recommendation and loved the f flag ?️‍?

They like to harass people who are disabled and who have service animals. What a vile attitude to have against those with disabilities. EFF this place.

Crazy Mocha’s decision to fire their loyal, hardworking staff and then hire new workers at lower rates, without any communication to them, in the midst of a pandemic, exemplifies the exact opposite of “Stronger Together”. Maybe this company will come out the other side of this pandemic, but they will do so at the expense of hundreds of unemployed workers. I will never recommend Crazy Mocha to another person and will actively encourage everyone I know to go to other local cafes.

I’ve been a neighbor to this place for 15 years. Firing the whole staff and having a crap makeover. I’ll never buy a single thing here ever again and I’ll be surprised if they even last another year. Sinking ship.
