This particular crumbl I am never greeted there is always a line and it still takes many minutes for someone to even approach the register to take an order they are to busy with side work to actually take care of customers. Was dissapointed by the cookie dough cookie as the picture shows many pieces of the little cookie dough balls on top and mine had 4 little ones…

Went to Robinson location to get some cookies waited almost 10 minutes two young girls in the back, looks right at me never acknowledge me so I left.

Being a cookie connoisseur, I went in to Crumbl expecting the most because of the hype and decided to give it a try, my first visit was great, got greeted, a smile and clean store. Second and third times were not good at all. The cookies were either not done in the middle or just plain sloppy. The store floor needed cleaned there were smashed bugs and dirt, the order screens needed cleaned also. The girl handing out the orders didn’t acknowledge me and talked so low when calling out names I had to ask who she was calling each time. She didn’t smile or make eye contact and looked like she didn’t want to be there.
