Have had some problems with being told a time frame to come back for fresh cookies for my order, and them still not being ready for pick up. Otherwise, love Crumbl!
Customer service was great. Greeted upon arrival. Quick response. Large cookies were warm and soft. My 9 y.o. enjoyed his cookie and said the logo was “kid approved!”
