“Hands down the best bakery I've been to. Shamara and her staff always pleasant. The place is clean. I've tried the cupcakes, pudding, cheesecake and all are delicious. My orders have always been precise and ready on time. If you have fur babies my dog loves her banana pudding.“

“We stopped here after dinner while on vacation in Pittsburgh and loved it so much we went back a couple days later! Staff is super friendly, the store is super clean, portions are huge and the value is great. I can't recommend Pittsburgh Potholes enough, it's so tasty! The only downside of Scoops in Bloomfield is that there's limited indoor seating - it gets crowded easily so keep this in mind if you plan to dine in during peak times.“

“Absolutely delicious! What made it extra special is that they partner with Robert Morris University. At the start of the semester, RMU sent an email about signing up for their birthday club to possibly win a cake! I feel so lucky, and the owners were such amazing, lovely people. We brought this cake to a friends house for soup cook-off. Although we were voting for our favorite soup, everyone agreed the lemon cake was the true winner - there were no leftovers! “They have a Books and Bundts program for kids! Kids read 400 minutes a month and receive a free Bundlet! I reached out to Erin at the Monroeville-Wilkins Twp store to find out more information. Erin was wonderful! She brought out the reading trackers for all our students, and surprised us with their yummy Bundt cakes for our staff! Thank you so much for your support, and the absolutely delicious Bundt cakes! I can’t wait to get our kids started, so they can receive their yummy Bundlet!! “The published hours on Facebook and the stores website are not correct. This bakery has bad business practices for updating loyal customers. The day before Thanksgiving the punishes store open hour is 7 am. The bakery is not open. No Facebook update no website update. My family has supported this bakery over 50 years. We have seen changes over the years and we have rolled with other issues this bakery has, but today very poor handling of store hours by the business is the straw that breaks the camels back. I no longer trust this business and will no longer support this business.“

Yes, their prices are a bit higher compared to other stores, but the quality is also top-notch. I really like the ice cream from this store. Even all the employees are very nice.“
