Too busy battling flies and other flying insects to enjoy my food. My order also got initially messed up.

I asked for a cup of water with my order and was told they don’t have water other than bottled water for sale. I cancelled my order and walked out and they said they were ok with losing a customer if I wouldn’t purchase Dasani water. There is enough plastic trash on this planet.

If you’re an educated person. Never step foot inside this Dairy Queen. Worst customer service ever experienced. I’m at a lost for words of how poor this location is ran. Stay away from this Carson street location.

I stop in this DQ every few months and the employees are always cool, the food is always hot and fresh, and it's usually very quiet.
Also, there is a bicycle rack just outside of the side entrance for securing your bike while you eat.

I'm not a big fan of this location. Location has a bad layout. I waited double the time for my flurry just to get the wrong item.

What the hell is the number to the dairy queen on East Carson Street? I found 3 numbers to the place and they're all out of service. I take the bus, so going farther ain't an option. All I want to do is order an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday.

Went there for the free cone day , was nice ! The workers were amazing and treated me with kindness and integrity. Disappointed because they ran out of crunchin cookie , please next time have gallons of that sweet nectar , cause I ain’t playing about that crunchin cookie the lords KNOWS !

Made a mistake ordering from here on uber eats . 58 dollars and they forgot a blizzards our buttered bread and fricking sauces. At what point does one take pride in their job? I guess those days are over with

Never been to the southside one but either way still delish! Ice cream cake cups to die for ? and at $3 a pop you can’t beat it! DQs food is so under rated yet 1000x better than any other fast food joint out there. Keep up the good work my friends! ?

Btw- the 2 for $5 deal is super dope and the pretzels were YUM but quick tip.. add more salt! Had to use salt packs cause there wasn’t one lick of salt on any of em ?

Parking: Parking is next to impossible but if you manage to find a spot to park your butt then don’t pass it up ?
