So, we went to Trader in Bridgeville today, 5/21/23, meeting friend for her 60th bday, went to eat then planned on icecrean cake. Found this one closest location, google showed open til 6. Got there and place was completely gutted, definitely NOT open. Be nice if Google showed they weren't open, and made us waste gas and time. And no bday cake for her bday! No other location close enough at that point, we live over half hour in one direction, bday girl lives in ohio. Opposite direction! That was only option. If would've showed closed permanently other plans would've been made prior. Everything was planned for that area.Dairy Queen why would u report as open a week prior according to Google?! And show open til 6 today? Place was empty and completely gutted out.

This location is always clean, always has great choices available for purchase and this visit in particular had very kind and friendly staff; 2 young men.

My $2 medium vanilla chocolate dipped cone is now $5. Does it matter? Nope, its still perfect and delicious.

Good tasting ice milk. Cakes are delicious. But, I called to order a birthday cake with specific writing on it, I went to pick it up the next day, young man spent 15 minutes looking for it only to discover the order form laying at the decorator's area. His reasoning was that there were no decorators on duty. A fact I should have known about the day before.

Was surprised that they had what we wanted and added lettering while we waited.

It was nice to go in get our snacks and have service with a smile. Prices are up a little, the biggest thing I noticed is you get less for your money. But when you want that sweet treat it's ok.

Very good service. Sometimes close earlier then expected from staffing issues

As I read through the review, I had to laugh. For over five years, there have been reviews of this location closing early, contrary to published hours. Comments from "the DQ Fan Team" are comical since this is a problem they have not fixed. Five years DQ owner, and it's still a common problem? Seriously?I only live a few minutes away, and you never really know if they'll be open when they are supposed to be. So we just quit trying.Save yourself the hassle and go to Scoops on Beverly. They will be open the hours they publish.

Hands down my favorite DQ. The customer service is always great. My favorite cake decorator of all time, Cara works here. She's imaginative and delivers us the most awesome designs n art. I never want to eat what she does. Lol!

Arrived Sunday evening, twenty minutes before the posted closing time, only to find the doors locked and the staff leaving.
