Zero stars. Smoothies on the menu, yet the blender is always "broken" How do i know? First time i went, its broken...come back 2 weeks later...its broken. Give me a break. Don't worry...i wont return now anyway.

Had a horrible experience today. Staff was rude and fighting with each other. Tripple chocolate browney was horrible. I think that’s what we get from angry staff. Today was my first and last visit to this store. ?

Staff was SO rude… it was 6:30pm when i went for a smoothie and the very rude worker (that seems to always be the only one there) was talking on the phone through headphones and said “I’m closed” then continues to talk on the phone. online it says they close at 9pm.

Soft serve is good, in area of location it'll stay same.

Refused to honor a coupon that we had purchased for a local fundraiser, and were extremely rude during the process. I will never spend money here again. Is zero stars an option?

Staff could not have been any more rude than they were. My group of friends and I were looking at the menu, and they complained about us not being in a line. The one employee rolled her eyes when my friend said thank you. I don't think they even deserve 1 star, but they got the orders right. Would not recommend.

Very rude staff, only cared about counting tip jar. It was 630 and they had half of the place closed . They where only serving ice cream, no milkshakes or smoothies due to them closing half the place . Staff needs to put a smile on their face and not close the more then half the place. Good luck getting decent service at this dairy Queen at very nice mall

My friends and I were sitting outside of this location yesterday. We saw someone (I assume an employee, though she was not wearing any kind of uniform) climb over the counter, getting the bottoms of her shoes on it in the process. One of my friends called her out for doing so. She started screaming at them for daring to point out that it's not exactly sanitary to scoot your rear end and feet over a surface where food is served. Yelling was apparently not harsh enough, as she then climbed back over the counter so she could come right up to us and scream some more. It was okay to climb over the counter, she said, because the counter gets cleaned, and how dare they suggest otherwise...nevermind that no one had actually cleaned the counter either time she climbed over it. Eventually she climbed back over the counter (and several customers were served before anyone actually cleaned it), and despite the fact that none of us had said anything more to her, she continued to yell at and about us for a good 10 minutes, including mocking my friend for having a service dog. It would be bad enough if this was a teenager trying to act tough, but this was an adult, at least in her mid 20s. I shudder to think that this was the manager, but the other employees' seeming reluctance to curb her behavior combined with the other reviews complaining of the manager's bad attitude makes me think she might be.If the owner is out there, can I ask why you support this behavior? She did say she doesn't care if she has this job, after all.

This.... this Dairy Queen might just have been the most gorgeous establishment I have ever seen with my two eyes. I was speechless to say the least. The smell, colors, and the feeling that I got when I walked up to take my order was unlike anything I have ever experienced. everything was so shiny and clean that it nearly blinded me with its sparkling glaze. I could go on for hours simply talking about it’s presence alone, but time must not be wasted. I had ordered a small Oreo blizzard, most Dairy Queen’s take approximately one minute and ten seconds to make... however... I didn’t even finish telling the employee what I was ordering and they were already handing me my blizzard. I was shocked, stuck in place by the amazement of what had just happened, it was as if they had read my mind. No amount of money is a big enough to give them the tips that they deserve. When I looked at the blizzard I thought to myself “this just looks like a average blizzard, probably nothing special ”.... BUT... when I tasted this Dairy Queen delight, I nearly fainted by the explosion of flavor. I will try my hardest to put the taste into words. The ratio between sweet vanilla ice cream and the soft but crunchy Oreo was perfection, it can be considered modern art to say the least, It took me an hour to eat it because I needed to savor each and every last bite. A single tear ran across my face as I ate my last bite, i had started to levitate and ascended into the heavens, I now have wings and an uncontrollable amount of happiness, I have discovered inner peace at last after my experience at this Dairy Queen, and I will forever be grateful that I got to live a life knowing that this place exists.
