I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and the employee flipped it over with the lid still on. The point of the flip to show that the ice cream isn’t soup.. Having the lid on defeats the purpose. I opened the lid and the ice cream was melted and dripped everywhere. This exact interaction has happened several times in the past few months. :/
