The service was alright, not the best, and I ordered a hot fudge sundae and did not get much fudge on my sundae so I was sort of disappointed but it still was good and Dairy Queen is usually better than that, but I think the reason I did not get quality service that day was because there were a bunch of kids working there that day. Not one adult to be seen in the building. So I don't think kids have much experience with customer service and that's why I'm giving this location 3 stars, because it is run by kids who don't know how to give good service consistently.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order any of the few food items on their menu. They don't have a fryer or even a simple grill. If you go inside and order a chili cheese dog they will literally put it and any other hot food you order in a microwave right in front of you then proceed to top it with some disgusting lumpy brown stuff they call chili and melt shredded cheese on it which solidifies again within minutes. Seems this location was bought out by foreigners, remodeled and has since gone down hill. Now I have no problem with foreigners making a business but I certainly do have a problem with what they are serving as the simplest American hot dog on earth to make in a decent fashion. If you're not going to at least do a half decent job with the food then just leave it off the menu. I will NEVER order anything but ice cream from this place again.

Ordered from here for pick up and drive thru and handful of times now and really haven't experienced any issues. What seemed to be the manager even apologized for the wait which wasn't long at all. Great location!

…i’ve never ordered a banana split that comes with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (why not vanilla, strawberry & choc???), 1 little tiny squeeze of chocolate sauce, 4 chopped pieces of pineapple and 1 strawberry chunk… and LOADED with whipped cream… this is just… sad….

First time going to DQ. Not sure what the hype is all about. Orange Julius ($10 bucks for a large) was very watery. Not consistent with the advertisements.And the twisty misty is a joke. I expect a frozen slush. I was given syrup water.And employees using foul language while I was waiting for the order.

Nice treat to have after dinner. Only issue is the drive thru it gets crowded so fast. Once it’s packed cars are off the curb into the street. Other than that nice place.
