I ordered Cherry Dilly Bars in a box and a hot dog with onion and ketchup and small drink
It was taking so long the people behind me asked what ordered. I got my drink after waiting 5 minutes. After 10 minutes one of the girls told me they were out of onion. I said no problem. After another 5 minutes the other girl came out and told me they were having trouble with the hot dog grill. And it would be a wait. I told her never mind and I was not holding all the people in line up for a refund. I just told them forget the hot dog and left disappointed with my drink and dilly bars.
The two girls working were very polite.
The store needs more oversight from management. Why is equipment not working and missing condiments???? Very disappointed. I will not patronize this establishment. Not that they will care!!!

Waited patiently in line behind a nice gentleman who was picking up a cake at 8:55 pm only to be told they were closed when I stepped up to the window. When I explained I had been waiting in line they rudely asked what I wanted and proceeded to tell me they were "out" of anything I wanted to order!

Place is always closed early and never has anything in stock. Most recently arrived at 8:55 to find them closed already before 9. I was then greeted by a rude employee who knocked on the glass and pointed to the “closed” sign. I’d rather get ice cream anywhere but Dairy Queen.

Parking: Not many spots, if it’s busy you will need to park across the street and carefully cross over to DQ on foot.

Was very convenient, but it was next to a rode so there was a bunch of cars speeding by. Amazing service tho and, I'm lactose so I didn't get anything but my family loved it.

Dairy Queen on Babcock is not full service. So, No DQ burger lunch special for the North Hills it seems.
This summer 23 has been poor experience. Either out of vanilla, hard sprinkles and or did not listen to directions. Been going here for 20 years. Very disappointing. Hope it gets better.
