Showed up at 8:45 this evening with my family and we were turned away. There wasn't a large line and the guy in front of us showed us this sign that one of the employees gave him. It said last in line. The weird part is, only that person was in front of us. I guess business is so good they can turn away guests 15 minutes before closing.

Slow service I asked for a cup and they gave me a cone over charge me for a small vanilla cup with jimmies And they did not give me a receipt.

Four people in front of us and it took ~ 15 minutes to get our order (two blizzards). They do one order at a time and it seemed like the young man was the only one working. We also noticed he accidentally spit on my fiancés blizzard as he was talking to his female coworker and my fiancé didn’t want to eat it. I got a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. I dug around in it and there were barely any brownies or chocolate. It was like plain vanilla icecream. .. That plus the thought of the spit made me not want mine either, so we literally threw our blizzards away. A waste of $11. Just go to Cookie’s Creamery down the road.

Were and who is the owner of this place you need to find some more employees it takes an hour in line just to get ice cream is ridiculous one boy taking the orders the other girl doing absolutely nothing

Stoped serving at 645 we were in line for 15 minutes and we're told they were not serving anymore

Went there today, and the line was wrapped around the building while two of the three kids who were working there goofed around inside. One was doing a good job and actually doing all of the work, and the other two (a boy with long blonde hair and a really foul mouth and a girl) played with the radio, chased each other inside, threw things at each other, all while people were waiting to have orders taken. When the kid who was actually working tried to take another order, the blonde foul-mouthed boy scolded him for trying to take more than one order at a time.
The girl kept touching her face and hair then touching food. It took over 25 minutes to get two ice cream cones.

I ordered Cherry Dilly Bars in a box and a hot dog with onion and ketchup and small drink
It was taking so long the people behind me asked what ordered. I got my drink after waiting 5 minutes. After 10 minutes one of the girls told me they were out of onion. I said no problem. After another 5 minutes the other girl came out and told me they were having trouble with the hot dog grill. And it would be a wait. I told her never mind and I was not holding all the people in line up for a refund. I just told them forget the hot dog and left disappointed with my drink and dilly bars.
The two girls working were very polite.
The store needs more oversight from management. Why is equipment not working and missing condiments???? Very disappointed. I will not patronize this establishment. Not that they will care!!!

Fast friendly service and a staff that was very helpful. Location has no real place to sit so the atmosphere lost a star

Waited patiently in line behind a nice gentleman who was picking up a cake at 8:55 pm only to be told they were closed when I stepped up to the window. When I explained I had been waiting in line they rudely asked what I wanted and proceeded to tell me they were "out" of anything I wanted to order!
Place is always closed early and never has anything in stock. Most recently arrived at 8:55 to find them closed already before 9. I was then greeted by a rude employee who knocked on the glass and pointed to the “closed” sign. I’d rather get ice cream anywhere but Dairy Queen.
