Dairy Queen (Treat)

I asked the guy there to throw my pretzels in a bag and he proceeds to try to smash them into a lid instead of just throwing it in a bag like I asked, all the while while he's smashing my food trying to get it into this lid he's touching the pretzels with his hands to try to smash them in. It was disgusting, I just threw it away. Will never come again.

Had a great experience as always when I went to get a birthday cake for my wife. The employee that took my order was incredibly kind and upon seeing I chose green candles but asked for pink icing found two of the candles I was purchasing in pink so the icing matched the candles. I couldn't recommend this location enough!

Very rude staff

Just had 2 blizzards delivered and there was a blue foreign item at the top of one of them. I couldn’t tell what it was, but it was hard and able to be broken with a spoon. Nothing should be blue in a Pecan blizzard. I tossed both of them out to be safe.

Perfect peanut buster

The young lady making the ice cream (she usually wears a mask) she is always fantastic/kind. However, this time my fiancé and I came in there was an older tan woman taking the orders behind counter. Upon entering there was a line so we waited in the door area. When the women behind the counter yelled at the customers in front of her to tell us to shut the door before we let the bugs in… She didn’t do so politely she in fact yelled at us in front of everyone. Once we made it through the line to order she was rolling her eyes at us the whole time, and didn’t say a word. When we said we didn’t need our receipt she said “WHAT” then crumpled it up and threw it away. Her customer service skills were so awful as we watched her interacting with the other customers the same way. Very poor service!

Honestly the choice to tip is getting out of hand!
The girl at counter was sweet until i didn’t choose to tip and she basically tossed my receipt at me in disgust! Beyond uncalled for! I am all about tipping but i won’t be stepping foot in this location again!
