Dave & Buster's Pittsburgh - North Hills

The staff was not aware of my reservation. The hostess made our party wait 25 minutes to be seated. The manager eventually came out and helped, but it was a very hectic experience overall. Games were fun, and our server (Steve) was great, but everything else was a hassle.

The food and atmosphere was calm & cool. However, upon arrival, there was No One there to greet or seat anyone. We stood there for a few minutes and was never acknowledged UNTIL we walked to the left of the greeting station to sit down at a table. Only then did someone approach us just to tell us that we could not sit there as she then attempted to go on her way. I told the lady I made a reservation 5 days ago. Only then did they begin to even assist us. Once we were seated, after that, the experience was great and so was our server who was pregnant!

I was running 20 minutes late so I called and they were accommodating, they had a table ready for when we got there.

If I could share any word of advice to anyone who may see this review: Weekdays at this location are way better than going on a very busy weekend. I went for a Thursday evening date night and found the staff to be warm, accommodating to the point it was impressive, and an overall excellent time. If there is one thing I could change about this location it is the water pressure in the restrooms, and maybe the overwhelming overlap of noise.

Tried to open the door and the security guard shoved me out of the building

Over priced with horrible food. Anytime I take the kids, we eat elsewhere before we go. The cei has never ate at dave and busters before because if he did he would never serve this food.

Needs more fighting arcades like street fighter or tekken

Fries and nachos are great for appetizers. Salads are great as well. Mixed in chicken sandwiches.

Didn't have time to enjoy any good. Son and I just played games and had a great time!

Kids had a blast

Flat bread Pizza is ok with no ranch served and only Heinz ketchup bottles , plates served were out of dish water and not dried and not cleaned properly. Overpriced for the money spent but gives less credits which were to loose anyway in all arcade games for less fun!! Do not recommend.

We had a large party and had an amazing time. Our server made sure the Mets game was on for us and he was also really fun. The food was really good and being able to leave and play games as we wanted worked out great for all of us.

Always a great time at Dave & Buster's - North Hills! My team and I had a fun team builder tonight and it was a blast! Great service and the food and drinks were amazing!

Came there at opening on a Tuesday morning with a group of 8 and the kids had a blast . The waitress did great especially since we had 4 different bills . I wish I would have gotten her name but a wonderful job because we were keeping her busy . Everyone was happy with their food also .

Our server and personnel overall were great and very friendly. Food was ok, not bad, but could be better. It took too long to get the food though. We got a few dirty plates and silverware that were supposed to be clean. They of course changed it for us, but still not great. Good environment and a lot of energy in the place. Will go again, but may order just appetizers.
