Our waiter barely came around the table to see if we needed anything. The food finally came out but one of the meals came out late and the waiter never told us why. We had to ask why the meal was late coming out and he told us that the first plate was burned. My daughter accidentally spilled a cup and no one came around to help us. They stood there and watched us clean it up without asking if we needed anything to clean it up.

Ordered my drinks, which were very good. Ordered my food. My wife ordered her food. Hers wasn’t cooked all the way my pretzel dogs were pretty good. She got her shrimp pasta. She said was pretty good. I got my chicken Parm pasta when I was asked how it was, I replied, it was the worst chicken pasta I’ve ever had. The chicken was burnt on the bottom and there was zero sauce on it and it was dry dry and pasta was bland. I’m very surprised and shocked because the last time I was at Dave & Buster’s it was very good different location though , not even so much as I get anything else nothing from any manager, but there’s a whole Lotta grass going on I seen disgusting

I want to give this place 5 stars but they don't have enough vegan or plant-based options for us to stay there and eat and play. When I messaged their general inquiry department, I never got a response. 2 stars until they make their menu more inclusive for people who don't eat animal products. Until then we will play and have go elsewhere to eat! :/

Very disappointed in the service. Waiter was not attentive. At least 2 tables that were seated after we ordered received their food before we did. Once ours was delivered, we asked what took so long. Apparently something was over cooked and needed remade. No one bothered to update us about the delay or tell us anything. At one point, one of our kids spilled a drink. At least 2 employees saw us trying to use the napkins to clean it up and did nothing to assist. Doubt we will be going back any time soon.

They really need to train their chefs/ cooks.... quality has gone downhill. This was a "steak salad bowl" and was expensive. I waited an hour for this.
The Guac and crisps ... Comes with 2 crisps.The $11 fries is less than a full cup of fries. We ordered just 3 appetizers and it took 45 minutes. Awful.Also the lady across from us ordered a Avocado chicken sandwich, no avocado was on the sandwich, and 4 different ppl promised that they would fix it for her... no one did.

If you come here with any regularity install the mobile app. I get so many free food promos (many worth up to 15 dollars). The kitchen was very slow, but the manager comped me my sliders which was very nice of them, and the sliders tasted great! Happy hour beers (22oz domestic beers for 5 bucks) are a great way to chill out while the kids play games.
