I often work remotely from my laptop, and this shop has always been my go-to after moving to the Southside in 2020. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and the baristas are extra attentive and caring. I love this spot so much so that after two years of being a "regular" I started working here part time. As a customer turned employee, I can honestly say that being behind the counter is just as amazing as my experience from the other side of the bar. Lavinia puts so much heart into every detail and cares deeply about fostering a sense of community within the shop (for both employees and customers). I recommend Delanie's to everyone in hopes of it becoming their favorite spot too!

Hey I like plain black coffee and I love this place. Its a convenient location like 2 blocks from that The Big Chain. All the employees are pleasant and chill. There's a vibe going on in here that sure beats that Big Chain down the street.

Beautiful shop on the Southside, providing a refreshing spot to rest along the strip. The service is excellent, alert, and very friendly. The house drip coffee was some of the brighter, smoother blends I have had. Their seasonal lattes are creatively balanced in their flavors, but not overwhelmed by a heavy hand of syrup. The shop lacks space when waiting for your drink, but their prompt service keeps the line moving and on their way. I highly recommend getting your coffee and a bite to eat here. Love their musical decor!!

Little "NewYorkLike" cafe with awesome stuff and a great vibe! I love their Latte's! Always perfect temperature, always perfect taste. My "MUST" stop when I'm in the area. P.S. Try their bagels. Perfect combo with a cup of coffee!❤️

Started coming here on a whim and now it's my favorite weekly treat. The atmosphere is warm and energized in the way a nice day is, it's hip in its menu without being overpriced, and you can tell (and taste) how seriously they take the coffee. I love that they are using the products they sell. Everything is very HQ. The pastries and other foods are refreshing and delicious. Most of all, this is one of the nicest body of staff in a cafe in Pittsburgh. I love coming here, and when I don't have to take my coffee to go, it's an even better experience.

I live closer to other coffee shops but will almost always make the extra walk to Delanie's. Their specialty drinks and smoothies are super good and well made. In particular I love the tiramisu latte and the house favorite. Staff is always friendly and the vibes are lovely. Only complaint is that they're usually pretty busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit, but I guess that's to be expected since they're so good!
