Amazing! I love Delanie’s they make fantastic coffee. I always get an iced latte with oat milk and it’s perfect every time. The coffee is always consistent it tastes and looks the same no matter who makes it or how busy they are, which is extremely important to me. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is great for working or hanging out, and best of all, they’re dog-friendly!

I like going to this coffee shop. I do remote work and I found this spot perfect. The staff is nice (can't emphasize it enough), the coffee is good with free drip refill, and I love the loyalty program—a great way to earn customer loyalty. The place itself is nice as music and light are set to a good level. The two-level coffee shop offers more choice for people who work long hours to change table and scenery every time I am there. It takes me nearly 30 minutes to get there, but I am willing to do so for what I am getting in return. Opening to 7pm is a plus!

Not dairy free sandwich friendly Super cute place but if you come wanting a sandwich they can not take off the cheese and every sandwich/pie option has cheese- kind of a bummer.
This cafe is really nice with its loft and elevated roof! It definitely makes working here nicer with some extra space. There aren’t lots of seats though, but usually it’s fine as long as it’s not on a particular busy day. There are also quite a few outlets around that you can plug your devices in.
The WiFi is a bit slow though, not sure if it’s because we came on a Friday afternoon that tends to be more crowded. Two times we were here they didn’t have AC on though, so it felt a bit warm.
The coffee itself is great! We’ve tried the house favorite latte and the honey oat latte—both are really good!

Really great vibe here and the place is super cute. They let my dog sit inside with me during the winter! It was such a great experience and I’ve always made an effort to come back when I’m around.

Stopped in an hour before close for a possible pastry and some coffee and all of the pastries in the case were boxed up in what looked like the discard box so couldn’t see what was available. Decided to opt for a smoothy instead and the barista continued to tell us “we don’t make smoothies an hour before close.” I would understand if it was closer to close but an hour is a bit much. I would know, I worked as a barista for 2 years. Anyways, I decided to go for the iced chai which ended up tasting very watery and definitely not worth the price.

8/18/25-update
-making this update as I love Delanie’s coffee but not so much their pricing/rewards. The coffees have gone from $5-$7 (with oat milk) each drink is well over $8. For their reward you buy 8 drinks to get one free ($64 to get one free drink). This weekend we were told they no longer offer specialty drinks or the 20oz option for the free drinks. I’m sorry but they just opened another location, increased their prices, and have now have “stipulations” to their free drinks. Is that extra 4oz really breaking the bank? As someone who has spent thousands there over the last several years this definitely will impact me going back in the future. Management-remember that your customers keep your business afloat, you should take care of them. I’m very disappointed with this change (specifically because of the increase to everything in the shop)!
Slowly has become my favorite coffee in the city. They have a killer matcha and their lattes never disappoint. What really sold me is they make homemade lavender syrup the way I do at home and it just warms my soul. I love the staff. They are all so friendly and passionate about their work. Middle of the road for prices ($4-$6) for a speciality drink. Highly recommend.

Delaney's is conveniently located right as you get off the bus, at Carson & 18th. The big glass wall as you enter, fills the place with sunlight adding to the cozy atmosphere. There's plenty of seating, they alow pet owners to bring their dogs in, and the staff is always lovely. Whenever I'm on the South Side, if I have time I will sit a spell in Delaney's and have a cup of something tasty and sit in the sun and draw, while enjoying some down time.

As soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to love it here! Delanie’s has a really cool vibe in its design, and I loved the photo wall for all of the dogs that come in and visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and I felt so welcomed with it being my first time here. The coffee is delicious- I had the iced tiramisu latte, and the mascarpone cold foam was top notch. The coffee was flavored but not overly sweet. I also had the bacon, egg, and cheese muffin, which was very delicious, and I know some of the ingredients are locally sourced (which is wonderful), but the price point of $10.75 for a sandwich a bit smaller than a hockey puck was a tough price to handle. My husband had the ham and cheese croissant and really enjoyed it. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to coming back!
