Denny's is always incredible. Best pancakes I've ever had. Staff are accommodating and friendly and will let you customize your order (and it always comes out right!)

1 hour wait with a nine-year-old and a 87-year-old. food never came. Hardly anyone there. People that came in after us got their food . I could hear the waitress in the back yelling about where our food was. I asked to speak to the manager. She came over speaking as loud as a scream that she takes it very seriously and she’s sorry. The food came out. It was cold and hard . She said I had to pay something on it. I said I am not paying anything. I didn’t touch it. She said OK well, then you can have the coffee free too. I asked her why people that came in after us got their food before us and she said I don’t know I just take orders. I don’t know. I just take them and I don’t even know what order they’re at. She said, I take it very serious. I take my job very serious. I have to clean tables and cook and clean and be the hostess and be a waitress and I take it very serious. It was beyond bizarre!

The whole restaurant smells like urine especially at the entrance. It is so strong and reminiscent of a dirty house with animals. Idk what is causing the smell but it is awful idk how people are eating here with it smelling like this. Instantly ruined our appetite and we left.

NEVER GOING BACK! We got seated. I heard them Arguing over who is going to wait on us. Seemed a bit odd. Took them Nearly ten minutes just to get water. My son food came out cold and cooked wrong. Mine was ok but cooled off fast, we didnt think she brought it to us right away, i couldnt sit and enjoy my meal, since my son had walked out. This place used to be good.

Even going late night when there was only one waitress on staff, our service was prompt and she was in good spirits
very accommodating of my one meal alteration to get my eggs without cheese, even took extra steps to make sure that I got the right plate since the person I was eating with got the same meal just with the cheese still on.

I hadn't been in a Denny's for years after a really bad meal in the one in Latrobe PA. This Denny's is terrific. The food is good and the servers are so friendly. It is typical atmosphere for Denny's, it is the people who make it special.
