I had 438 points to use. The system said I was eligible for a free 5" sub because I joined the rewards club. After I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks, I wanted to redeem my points. I kept getting a message that my order didn't have qualifying items so I couldn't select the "free sub". What are the qualifying Items?? We usually spend over $60 per order (not counting all the other fees). Nevertheless 400 points were DEDUCTED for an item I never got to add to my order. I am disappointed because my company uses DiBellas frequently. On a positive note, the Meatball sub is SLAPPIN!!

10/11, Ordered lunch for my employees and after eating my sandwich, within an hour I had a huge knot in my stomach. Ended up going home early. Spent that night on the bathroom floor unable to keep anything down.

I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.
Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.
Asked for spinach on my on sandwich replacing the lettuce. Received 6 leaves of spinach. Granted they all said hi to me, but I can't feed my stomach with cordial greetings.

Recently I ordered 3 sub trays and a chicken salad. I was very pleased. Everything was fresh, delicious, and reasonable. Anyone who took my call was courteous, professional, and honored all requests. Every detail was carried out. My order was ready at the time I requested and well packaged. I would go to DiBella's again to order anytime!

Always great...getting expensive though! I said years ago. The prices are subject to change and actually go down sometimes. In a world where eating out is expensive it's nice to have such a large consistent sandwich available. The sandwich is half eaten. That's just how good they are, you eat before taking pictures here.
