We went here for Mothers Day and decided to stop for icecream. I’m all for supporting businesses, not this one. Rude and drinking alcohol is not any way to attract guests… Me and my family will not be back….
Our chocolate ice cream waffle cone and small rocky road ice cream in a waffle bowl (that ended up being one scoop in a broken mess of waffle cone bits) was $18.40. I handed him $19 in cash and he disappeared without another word, never giving us change. $19 for three scoops of freezer burned ice cream in stale waffle cones should be a crime. They’re solely trying to capitalize off the shop’s location on Mount Washington and are perfectly fine ripping people off with rude service and terrible product. Do yourself a favor and skip desert next time you’re up on Mount Washington, you’ll thank your wallet and stomach later.
Went and it was closed today.
Went during draft and was amazing
Your average cute, aesthetic, tourist ice cream shop…other than being 2.5x the price of every other ice cream shop. It is fine ice cream and fine service. A float, single scoop, and 2 waters totaled to $35. No inside seating available also.
I love this place. I met the awesome owner HowardcTodd Day. Great location. The ice cream is delicious. Roy Betts, Bowie, MD
Drove here to get ice cream. Their Google listing said they were open. They were not open.
Overpriced and mediocre
Workers were very lovely but I gotta be honest the ice cream was terrible. Mine tasted like freezer (my kids didnt to be fair) I am not from the area just traveling through.
It reminded me of dollar tree ice cream to be honest.
Kids didnt mind. If your looking for a small treat for your kids come here but if your an ice cream snob this probably isnt for you.
They did have seating
And the portions were so tiny. It was very overpriced.
Delicious ice-cream! Try the mint chocolate chip if you are a mint lover. Our child has egg allergy and they were very patient with us and also went to the extent of showing us the nutrition label for the soft serve. Wish all places were as honest as them!
Closed 6pm Tues March 24

Rude people working here
Against my better judgement, I returned to this “business” for a third time, after repeated atrocious customer service. I didn’t trust the advertised hours so I called in advance to make sure they were open. The owner (always wearing a distinct “old man” hat) picked up and told me they were open until 8pm and they still don’t accept credit cards (that’s fine, just mentioning for context).
I show up at 7:30 to a dark business and proceed to call 3 times to no avail. It actually blows my mind that this place is even still open (probably attributed to being an all-cash business).
Third time is a charm, I suppose. Honestly, the ice cream is mediocre and the coffee (sister business next door) tastes like toxic sludge. The icing on the cake is the pompous owner that hates humanity. As a resident of Mount Washington for almost a decade, I will drive literally anywhere else or even pay delivery fees to not support this establishment ever again.
Great deep fried oreos and dipped ice cream cones.
The fish sandwich and the soft serve were fantastic. Highly recommend.
Best chai latte I ever had like ever!!!
