Amazing pizza and such friendly staff. We have been coming here for years frequently.

Had a really lovely time here. Our appetizers were great, we got the kale salad and the winter squash soup. I wasn't expecting the soup to be SOO flavorful. Our pizza was good and our rice pudding desert was amazing.

Reliable good place, any pizza is good. Service is efficient and friendly.

By far my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. This is not a traditional pizzeria, though the pizzas are authentic in a creative way. The pizza is thin crust, there are usually 5-6 different types on the menu, which changes daily. Ingredients are of the highest quality, always seasonal. The appetizers are wonderful, always fresh and a great companion to the pizzas. Lots of vegetarian options. The wine list is short but very well curated and extremely well priced. They also serve the best rice pudding I have ever tasted with seasonal toppings. The staff is delightful, the decor exquisite and I love that they really care about sustainability.

I got the arugula and prosciutto pizza which was fantastic. However this place is expensive, even though you don’t pay tip on top of your check.

If you are used to US chains or local shops serving so-called pizza with toppings swimming in either dead or synthetic cheese, this place may not be for you. Dinette’s pizza is as close to Italian pizza one would get. Crispy thin crust, few select toppings that waken the palate, and flavorful mozzarella. Savor rather than gorge! Our favorites: anchovies quail eggs (when available), eggplant, chorizo seco. The menu changes regularly, makes a great chance to savor Pizza as close to what could have in Rome or Naples. They have a small but good selection of Italian wines. For pizzas, we like any of their Sicilian or their Italian blends (choose a bottle with DOCG seal). Service was very good. No tipping is an excellent concept, a model for all US restaurants to pay their servers more than the minimum wage!

Shockingly charming outside dining despite being in a parking lot. But local, roof garden food and a great alcohol selection. Thinnest crust!

Not bad for pizza, has kind of a diner atmosphere with better food

Seemed like they knew what i wanted to eat more than me, not in a good way, Too expensive and limited options makes it difficult to recommend...

We shared 5 different pizzas amongst our group and no one really loved any of them. Many of the flavor combos either didn't make sense, or just weren't there at all. At the price point we really expected it to be a lot better.

Great place to go for some unique pizzas that are really good. I had a salty egg and chive pizza that was awesome, but it's hard to beat a good traditional margarita pizza sometimes, which unfortunately they don't serve. It's a no tipping restaurant so the prices look high, but what you end up paying will not be much more than what you'd pay at a normal place. When I went, the service wasn't top notch, I though they forgot about us for a while... but I'm sure that's not the usual experience.

A unique pizza place. You will not find "standard" pizza on the menu. However, their pairings are very good. The crusts are usually unique as well. It's a fun and delicious take on pizza, and a hip place to grab a bite. I just am not sold that I like to variate from "normal" pizza

Seriously shocked by some of the lower reviews on here. This is hands down our FAVORITE place to eat in Pittsburgh. The waitstaff is always great. They even welcome us back because we come a lot :) A personal responsibility for advertising for Dinette by telling everyone we know about it! I have never ordered something here that I didn't love. Everything is FRESH and vibrant. Hands down the best artisanal pizza. The crust is always crispy and the pie is always straight from the oven. No heavy grease and no soggy pizza crust. Our favorites are the prosciutto and ricotta. The salads are always innovative and the ingredients pair ridiculously well. In the summer, their fresh ingredients from their rooftop garden will blow your mind. Our favorite summer appetizer is the grilled peaches with burrata. We tried to recreate it at home but we just can't do it justice. Such a fun place to go with friends. Everyone we bring loves it too.
