Our server was wonderful, the ambience was lovely, but we were not very impressed with the food. My husband paid $90 for his steak. Its flavor was nice, but it was dry and overcooked. I got the 8oz steak. Mine was cooked perfectly but had zero flavor... The asparagus literally lacked any seasoning. His button mushrooms were not good. The jalapeño hashbrowns were beyond basic and the lobster Mac and Cheese was.... Eh. Literally the best thing we had was the calamari appetizer! Lol Just a word to the wise before you come here and spend several hundred. There are too many restaurants out there you can spend way less at with way better quality food.

This is our favorite place to go. The food is always amazing, the atmosphere is perfect for a date night dinner, but the staff make the difference. Everyone is courteous and have went above and beyond for us many times. Whether its seating or special requirements for meals they've made it happen. Thanks to all of you we know there is always a place we can go to that we love.

Gotta ding you a star Ditkas. Only because I know where you came from and where you are today. Today I had a good 8oz filet. It was properly seasoned and tasted good. They advertise a linz heritage steak which is nothing more than a type of beef from a certain supplier. It is not prime, or choice, or tender or any classification. But for 68 for a steak, it better cut like a prime filet and have that buttery smoothness from a great steak. It was good but probably choice grab. At one point I had a bit of a chewy bite.
They used to sell an aged prime filet before covid. For less than the linz steak. They also had a more vast menu provided in a padded book. Today you get a plastic laminated menu like at a diner.
Gone are the white table clothes (for the record I hated the padded tables, good riddance).
We had to ask for bread. Good bread though.
Steak came out with grill marks instead of that signature char from a salamander.
Sides not included today.
Very limited menu
Wife said they were the best crab cakes she's had in the area, we eat out often. So thats a major plus and will probably bring us back but probably not for quite awhile.
Far cry from the ditkas of old. Still good but, overpriced for what you get and not many options to make you want to come back often.

Went here for New Years Eve, the service was great however the steaks were over cooked and dry, ordered an old fashion and there was lipstick on the glass when it arrived to the table...disappointing considering the money that was on this meal.

Our party of six had an absolutely fantastic time at Ditka’s. The food was excellent across the board—perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and served hot and fresh. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what they do.
Our server, Christina, was phenomenal. She was warm, personable, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling overbearing. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, which elevated the entire experience.
We also had the pleasure of chatting with Valerie, a waitress from a different section, and she was an absolute delight. So sweet, full of energy, and had us laughing with her fun, friendly banter. Even though we weren’t in her section, she went out of her way to make us smile.
Between the great food, the exceptional service, and the upbeat atmosphere, Ditka’s truly delivered. We’ll definitely be back!
