Absolutely DISGUSTING food. My pizza was overcooked and the vegetables were old. They then served **stone cold - hard and impossible to eat** Parmesan bites. I was REFUSED a refund, despite contacting the store and customer support. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I use the app and I have been scammed out of quite a few pizzas from this location. The tracker marks the order as received but the pizza never arrives. This has happened on multiple occasions. I'll call the store to complain and there's never anything they can do to help. I often order late and I have a feeling they just give up after a certain point in the night. Horrible waste of money, do not recommend.

Just got off the phone with the employees and the health department and will no longer be eating here. The employee on the phone told me they leave the food out of refrigeration for 8 hours before throwing it away. The health department states that it can't be out for more than 4 hours maximum. The food they served me was rotten and I was told I'm not allowed to have a refund because I only tried part of the order.

I placed an order with this Domino’s location on May 15, 2025, and was shocked to receive an expired food item. When I contacted the store, I was told only the manager could issue a refund—but he was out of town. I followed up several times, and each time I was given the same excuse: “The manager is still out of town, and nothing can be done.”
Not only was it completely unacceptable to be served expired food, but the store’s lack of urgency and accountability made the situation even worse. There was no effort to make it right, no alternative solution offered, and no sense of customer care.
Extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick.

Owners are cheap and try to cut corners any way possible, have ordered about 5 times, toppings are very sparse. Ordered double pepperoni and didnt even get normal amount of pepperoni. Not worth it.

Food has been perfectly fine 7 of 7 times when ordering carryout. Typical Domino's fare, no complaints. Ordered online and ready when it said it would be.
I suspect a lot of complaints are on delivery time - there are multiple job postings for the Etna loc'n for delivery drivers... haven't tried, carryout has been great.
