Ordered at 922- told me 12 minutes, sent text at 953 that they were pulling up. Had to call them at 1018 to see where it was they said 10-12 minutes . Called back at 1033 and told them to cancel the order. The driver, “Saad” text and said she was 10 minutes out and she had the heat cranked and their bags were really good at 1034-apologized for the wait and said she asked her manager to call which did not happen . We have been ordering from her quite frequently and will NOT be returning-they were rude on the phone and kept hanging up on me. I probably called 4-5 times! Worst service I have ever experienced!

I made a mistake of ordering pizza here yesterday just because I was close by and thought it would be fast! I arrived there based on the tracker that said it's ready. I saw them taking it out, and although they asked my name before they didn't say anything. When I asked they said the pizza was damaged and they are going to make it again which will be few minutes! After 5 minutes I heard the girl asking the other one about the toppings, so it was when they just started making it. After 15 minutes they took it out of oven and I could see it's not new york style! Then they came and gave it to me and said sorry we forgot to put the steak on it!!! At this point I asked for refund but the guy who just came in said we will make it again. I asked for refund but they didn't want to refund and said you can have this as complementary!! I had a toddler with me who was waiting for pizza! So I said OK I'll wait. Then again after another 15 minutes they gave me the order, which since they rushed they put a lot of sauce and the crust was too soggy that even the box was wet! Which I had a slice and my stomach hurts after a few hours. I was there for about 40 minutes and they couldn't make a single order right. There were two other ladies that had the same issue and had to wait 20 minutes or so to get their orders that was supposed to be ready when they got to store! Besides,one of the girls didn't have gloves and was touching all the surfaces and the food at the same time. And the guy who was the deliver and manager just came in from delivery and started touching the food! I will never ever again order from here!

They've never once delivered the food anywhere near as soon as they say. It's always at least 20 minutes later than they estimate and if you call to check up on the delivery the staff will be incredibly short and rude with you. Order from ANYWHERE else

We got the handmade pan pizza and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had there was little to no sauce on it was basically glorified cheese bread didn’t even taste like pizza the wings were so small it was pathetic and the Italian sub was subpar with little to no dressing on it. Not even saving the leftovers it was absolute trash I do not recommend this was our first time ordering here

If I could rate zero stars I would. I order from here a lot, mainly because it's cheap, but today I ordered and never received my order, called the 1st time was told the driver was stuck traffic ok I'll wait. The 2nd call I got hung up on when I asked where he was. The 3rd time I asked for a refund and again they hung up on me. I'm done ordering from here, I'd much rather order from Pizza Hut atleast they don't hang up on people.

She made us feel unwelcome and rushed us through our order. Despite our patience, she was inattentive and seemed annoyed by our questions. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it certainly left a bad impression on our overall dining experience.

Unbelievable is an understatement.. I don’t write bad reviews but after a 2 hour wait and the app saying delivered I am so livid. I will NEVER order from the store ever again, I have already contacted corporate for my full refund since they do not want to give my money back. I am patient and understanding and the first time I called I was told it was one driver making multiple stops… okay I am patient… 25 min later NOTHING yet the app says delivered. Call back and told 5-10 mins again I want my refund at this point. Phone girl HANGS UP ON ME and then suddenly the pizza shows up. Driver is miraculously outside. Got the items, they look good but they’re FREEZING COLD.! Also missing my garlic cup that I had to pay extra for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. 30 dollars for stone cold pizza and jalapeño bread and didn’t even get the garlic sauce. Smh. Should’ve read the reviews first.

I waited well over an hour for a very cold pizza. I opened the box and it had the absolute least amount of toppings I've ever seen, little sauce and wilted veggies. I've never left a single star on any pizza place, but the employees need to step it up. They showed up incredibly late, almost two hours after placing the order, forgot the sauces, and made excuses when I called the first time, telling me it was on the way. I understand if it's a game day, they're busy, etc etc, but they shouldn't cut corners on quality. Maybe hire some people who actually know about pizza. If you value your pies, turn your sights elsewhere.
