Do not order from this location I’m telling you this now that if they mess your order up forget getting ur money back they will hang up on after lying to u everytime u call saying the driver is on his way when u reliaze they r lying it will be 2 hours later when u ask for a refund they will lie n say it’s processed it will take 3 to 7 n after 7 days when u realize they lied it will be I’m not sure who took ur order .they disrespectful even thought I was polite but cuz they know they got business anyway so who cares about ur money but not this time

Would give zero if possible. The 4.99 delivery fee is absurd. But then the tracker they have tells me it's delivered. And yet....no food. I call. They say driver is on his way..... then why does it say delivered. Who knows when or if I will get it. I'll never order from there again. I'm calling corporate Dominos. Hate to be like that but that location is just terrible.

I will NEVER order from them again!!!! I had it delivered and they gave me someone else's order then I called to inform them of the problem. We'll in the first place my order was quite expensive, the order is got cost $8.00. It had the person's name and address on the receipt. Clearly not my name or address. I called the driver back he kept hanging up on me!! Now at this point I'm furious. So after explaining this to the actual store they agreed to send me my food.......the driver arrived as I'm calling to a closed business!!! 2am I FINALLY get my order!! Containers soiled with sauce and grease!!! $47 I spent to throw away. I could not eat that!! Unacceptable!!! Ba d business

It says it’ll be delivering in 19-24 mins, It’s been 40 mins since I’ve ordered and it’s been sittting for the quality check for almost 20 mins, and I called the store and the guy said it’ll be delivered and at 1:40AM it said it was delivered but I never received the food, I’m going to store tomorrow morning about this

I ordered from them at 1:53am and it said they were heading my way and then at 2:00am it said my order was completed but it wasn’t I called the place they said the delivery was on the way but nobody never showed they took my food and my money! I’m very upset

Food arrived half put together, the sub was all over the box, the lava cakes smashed like they had fallen out and one missing. When I called I was told a remake would be sent in 30 minutes. An hour later I called again and was told the driver was 15 minutes away. No one showed up.

We ordered a large thin pizza with some veggies but they delivered us regular crust with meat on it and we ordered online and after delivered I called them they are saying we are busy we are not going to come to you for delivered pizza which they delivered wrong and the guy is on the call told me if you need pizza come to store and take your pizza and that after paying money for delivery and it was too rude as well.

Worst Pizza in Pittsburgh! Horrible toppings, all seemed like fake meat. Low quality pizza, wouldn’t feed it to my dog. This was a waste of money and we are trying to hold on to a couple dollars. I want my money back. Trash Can Pizza should be their name. We were all disappointed this was slop at best.

I’ve ordered the same $10 marinara cheese dip with bread bites for the past year from this exact place . Always been delicious that’s why I always go back. I ordered delivery tonight that same $10 platter and they brought me a bowl full of Alfredo sauce. I called to report it, and asked if they’d be willing to deliver the correct food considering I just paid $8 in fees and driver fees plus tip money . I also live 12 min away . They told me no they can not deliver the correct food and I’d have to come and get it. I couldn’t believe it . I went and got it and complained, they offered me a 2 LITER!!!!!! I respectfully declined . The delivery guy also told me he would have brought it back . Way to communicate with your delivery drivers after telling me your drivers can’t bring me my food back. I will never give this location another $1.

i put in a order that never came i called back and asked about my order they never put it in. then i asked for a manager and a guy that couldnt speak english asked me the same question over and over then just hung up on me. dominos been trash but now yall dont even have customer service.
