be honest with your customers, I ordered a pizza @6:20 pm and it's now 8:10 pm and still no delivery
Extremely slow delivery. They don't call or ring the doorbell. They just leave the food on the steps where any critters can get it . Half the time they don't even deliver. Then you have ask for a refund if they answer the phone. I'm not leaving any tips for poor service.
Be cautious when ordering from this Dominos in Penn Hills. There's a 50% chance of these thieves charging your card but not delivering your food or delivering your food with missing items. They will not attempt to get in touch with you if they're having issues. They won't answer the phone and if they do it's always a game of hide and seek with the managers.
