Ordered pizza for my mom and son for dinner since she was babysitting for me so I could go in early for work tomorrow morning the driver refused to bring the order to her apartment thank goodness I was still there because he was about to take the order back and probably eat it and they never would’ve refunded my card they claimed that they don’t bring it to peoples doors anymore because they have other orders called me racist after giving me the order after I told he because of the inconsistency I don’t tip them and then he continued to say well maybe you should and we bring your pizza to you most likely never ordering from them again Pizza hut has better pizza and wings anyway

I ordered three pizzas and two pastas, but the food was inedible. The pasta was dry, and all the pizza toppings, cheese, and sauce had slid to the center, leaving a 4-inch crust. To make matters worse, we found a piece of plastic or paper embedded in the cheese.
I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, but they told me to contact corporate instead. When I did, Domino's corporate assured me they would forward the complaint to the franchise, but no one ever reached out. I later stopped by the restaurant to speak with the manager in person, but they weren’t there. I left my information and was promised a callback, which never happened.
Frustrated, I requested a chargeback through my bank since the entire order had to be thrown away. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first major issue we’ve had with this location, so we won’t be returning for a while. It’s disappointing because the food was excellent the last couple of times we ordered.

The delivery driver texts me a pic and tells me to walk next door and go get it. Then proceeds to hang up at the store. No refund issued and i called 5 times back and they screened my call. the delivery driver and was very rude and the manager was also dismissive rude and poor experience all around. Will not order again

Since the owners of this shop changed the food has been horrible. The last two times my food was either wrong, not cooked enough, or things just not delivered. I had someone at my house that couldn’t eat meat and I bought a salad and the salad didn’t come. So she watched the game hungry. I will never ever order from this business again. There’s like four pizza shops just on Frankstown so I will take my business there.

Absolutely horrid, driver left my food on the sidewalk (so he says) and someone stole it. Didn't call, didn't make sure we got it, didn't leave it on the porch as directed. Then I call in and they hang up, refuse to refund and are nasty amd rude. Don't order here

This place is horrible. 6 months ago the delivery driver drove through mine and my neighbors yard. Here we are 6 months later and they delivered my pizza to the wrong house and won’t admit it.

WORST PIZZA PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. dont let them fool you with the new ownership....its a lie, the woman manager thats running their buisness into the ground is the most unprofessional rude manager ive ever dealt with.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING HERE. theres plenty of better options in pennhills and for the extra few dollars you wont be ostracized, lied to and served food thats not prepared correctly. I dont even think they have a box of gloves in the whole building, i saw the manager woman touch her hair then go right back to making food, and while im waiting from what i could see the store manager pulled up and started unloading dough in the trays OUT OF THE BACK OF HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE, NOT SURE WHY IT WAS IN HIS TESLA BUT IT WASNT COVERED OR ANYTHING. If i could give this place less stars, i would. DO NOT EAT HERE....
