Placed an order through the app. It was supposed to be 17 minutes and it took 35 minutes. The large thin crust pizza I ordered was undercooked, light on toppings and too much cheese. The two women working seemed to be working hard. Maybe it was understaffed.

Delivery service is horrible wouldn't come to our door had us come meet him at his car. The crew member at the store when I had to callwice because my order was 25-30 min late was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. On top of all that food was ice cold

I order here maybe once every 2-3 months. They always have good deals going on and the delivery and food is always perfect. They messed my order up once in the past 2 years. They promptly re-made and brought me a new one within 20 minutes. Extremely polite workers. I mean, mistakes are bound to be made, we're all human. But the effort they put in to make it right is what matters.

Everything from respectful satisfying Understanding customer service to the delicious cheese pizza I ordered and ate was all Top of the line A-1 customer service by the manager and mouth watering pizza made by the employee who was happy to serve me. Not like in most cases at majority of businesses I have been to. In most situations especially these days Employees and managers at other businesses have such a attitude with a pre judged characteristic towards a customer they never met as if there volunteering not being paid or your asking them for 20 dollars and free food.
We have to let businesses like this dominoes be a staple standard and example of how businesses should be conducted and how food should be made. Omar is such a nice owner the pizza is always so fresh I love the New stuffed crust pizza. Next time order the cinnamon bites instead of cinnamon ask for them to be garlic parmesan bites . So good

Called the store and placed an order for a medium pizza with two toppings. Omar at the store was very courteous and patient and took my order. I requested it to be ready at 6:45 pm. The pizza was kept ready when I went in to pick up. This is a store we have ordered at before and enjoyed nice soft crust and excellent pizza. However, this time we were terribly disappointed, the pizza was dry, the shredded cheese was burnt. Wanted to share this feedback and hope that it will be taken positively and ensure consistently good quality. I hope to hear back from them.
