They were extremely busy , was told half for pizza , walked in 35 minutes after placing order and was told a few more minutes . I waited an additional 10 minutes and I was fine with waiting . But when I got home with pizza , it looked like a train wreck . I was just a mass of goo . The last 2 times I bought pizzz there it’s been the same . Wait and wait . I get that finding enough help is an issue , but it’s been a disappointment. One more chance and then I’m done . Usually it’s a great pie.

Perfect place to buy a slice for $2.50 and watch some sports on a TV while you wait for your slice!!! The service left quite a lot to be deserved. They focus on mobile orders and if you go in person you'll be put at the bottom of the line.Update: The owner replied to say that they "don't take mobile orders, only orders on the phone." They then said 'We take these orders from the phone, then in-person, and make them in order they are received.' This is, in fact, the complaint I made above, with the added misunderstanding of what "mobile" means.

There are a lot of pizzerias in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas but Donte’s far exceeds just another pizza shop!The dough is delicious to start with- the sauce is seasoned perfectly with generous cheese and toppings!Love being able to walk in for a quick couple of slices with free drink refills.Atmosphere is cozy and friendly.Prices are reasonable.Wish them great success.
