The baker is on point!!!! Whoever they are needs a raise!!
This Dunkin' is a solid second favorite, right after my top spot in Carrick! It's always clean, my order is never wrong, and the staff, especially Michelle, are consistently nice and professional.
Friendly employee behind the counter. Was patient and courteous while me and my sister perused the options for ice cream and right on it when I decided to later purchase munchkins.
I ordered #2 clown cones for my 34yo son as a sweet past memory of all the years I would order these cones for him and his elementary school class. I work at Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh and live 1 hour away. Never thinking of the logistics when ordering until I was hours from picking up the order. Greta called that morning to confirm so I had called her back on the only number I had (her cell phone) to discuss my predicament. At this time, she was not at work, off the clock, and didn't have to help me. She confirmed that by the time I get home, the cones would probably be soup! She suggested I get ice from a local businesses close to their shop on Liberty Ave. I told her I was still not too familiar with that area because I just started this new position about 1 month ago. I assured her I would use my GPS and figure it out. She called me back about 1 hour before I was to pick up my order. She went out and bought a bag of ice for me and brought it to the shop. I was floored! This is a valuable employee but even better a remarkable human being. I was brought to tears with her kindness. She went above and beyond and should be recognized. I am truly grateful and will continue to be a loyal customer. And many thanks to Jill who decorated these cones beautifully!
I visit this dunkin donuts every morning! I take my 4 yr old in and she gets the same thing every morning. To highlight a specific member,Greta is always nice ! Also has a positive attitude! It could be a busy and hectic in morning but she doesn’t let that rub off on the customers and I can appreciate that. I can always tell when she’s there because there is an organization flow and cleanliness at the store. We could easily go to another dunkin location but I come for her! Her attention to detail and just ability to be a nice person. Thank you Greta!
I quickly ordered an iced coffee and it tasted pretty good. I wanted to get a donut but I'm trying to be good 😊
Their drinks are disgusting and chalky tasting they're not mixed well and you can tell the process is rushed even though you wait for quite a long time. Also tight parking
We ordered a small it was kinda late. The gentleman working I believe his name was Jerome was so nice. He kept the place very clean as well. I arrived at 8:30pm on 11-5-2024. I hope Jerome gets the credit he deserves!.

Third and final time at this location. Same experience every time: under staffed, rude interactions and stale / hard bagels used on sandwiches.
Avoid this location.

Staff spends more time talking instead of serving customers. Both times I’ve been here I waited 30+ minutes

This particular dunkin is SO hit or miss. I get cold brew every time, and it seems like 50% of the time, it tastes like the beans were burnt to a crisp. To the point where it's inedible.

Busy. Typical Funk n offerings plus Baskin Robbins ice cream. I haven't had B&R in years. It was everything I remember it to be.

Should have listened to the reviews. Not worth pulling over for. Bad customer service always out of everything. Hot coffee is never ready.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts, Liberty Avenue. After placing my order, I waited for 30 minutes without any communication or updates on my food. When I politely inquired about the delay, I was told that they were preparing orders in the sequence they were received. While I understand that, 30 minutes is an unusually long wait time, especially without any explanation or apology.
What really shocked me, though, was the rude response I received when I expressed my concern. The staff member curtly told me to "go ahead and make a complaint" as if they were entirely unconcerned about my dissatisfaction. When I asked for my receipt, the girl at the counter shockingly called me "disrespectful," which was not only uncalled for but also incredibly unprofessional.
Despite my frustration, I remained calm and filed a formal complaint with customer care, expecting that my concerns would be taken seriously. However, it has now been five weeks, and I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This level of disregard for customer feedback is deeply troubling.
This experience has left me questioning whether Dunkin' Donuts values its customers at all. I hope this message will finally prompt some action, as I believe that no customer should be treated this way.
As a parent, I expect a certain level of service and respect, especially when dining with a young child. I hope this message will finally prompt some action, as no customer—especially one with a child—should be treated this way.
