This dunkin is good, the coffee is good, I’ve never had bad service here, and it’s as clean as you would want.
However, everytime I order bacon topped avocado toast they just give me regular avocado toast. It’s not a huge deal, but pretty annoying. I pay an extra dollar for the bacon & they’ve never once put it on without me bringing it back and saying something.

Was going to buy something, after I used the restroom. But the restrooms required some code. I left. Guess they didn’t want money.
I no means of judging it other than forbidden restrooms - no reason to give it any credit - hence lowest possible.

Parking is behind the building. The “compact” parking and handicap was about all that was open and the compact is pretty tight. Great donuts, pretty clean, staff were reasonably polite/cheerful. Not a bad experience, rather enjoyable.

I am a door dash driver. I asked them to let me into the restroom and they said no. They have no humanity. They said it is only for customers. Bad workers.
I do Uber eats and I had to simply use the bathroom and was told I had to pay. I paid the $.65 and called the back after to make a complaint. I was met with extreme pushback from the manager AJ and was not treated with respect by anybody. I tried to call and get some clarification, but they ended up banning me from the location because I spoke up about people using the bathroom who are delivery driver drivers. Absolutely terrible management team and don't care about people other than themselves.

I figured since I had a hour drive ino the city i would go to dunking doughnuts for breakfast to only leave with nothing first I ordered then got told I can only order with bacon i don't eat pork i was confused when I was told I can only have bacon needles to say I won't be returning to this location

Although all dunkins do it they serve you old coffee. The lights on the coffee containers are there for a reason the blue light represents fresh coffee and of blinking red lights says it is time to make new coffee but they serve it anyway. And then when you asked for fresh coffee, they lie and tell you it's fresh. You should not be told that the coffee is fresh when clearly the blinking red lights are on. After all you are paying for fresh coffee not just coffee.

I come to Dunkin 4–5 times a day, every day. I know exactly what a medium iced latte should look like. I ordered medium with light ice, and I basically got a small drink in a medium cup. Light ice shouldn’t mean less drink.
Also, when I walked in, the kiosk was right by the entrance, but I didn’t notice it because I was looking at the snacks on the side. Nobody bothered to tell me that I had to order at the kiosk. Staff just ignored me.
This kind of cheapness ruins Dunkin’s name. Very disappointing.

I came for national coffee day. I've always been a Dunkin fan. This location was clean, quiet, and fast service.

When they first opened they were great. I was in last week and the place looked dirty. We came for the ice cream. My husband ordered a banana split. No bananas. This was around 2 in the afternoon. If you are out of bananas there is an Aldi's and Giant Eagle nearby. Staff was so so. Ended up with scoops of ice cream instead of the banana split. No way I will go back.

Dunkin is there for you. Early and consistent. Occasionally gets behind if understaffed, occasional mistakes. Much more reliable than any other fast food breakfast. America truly runs on dunkin.
