3rd time I went there. Order the same thing each time. Large mid night coffee with extra cream and 6 sugars. Always get what they want to give you. Today I got a half large cup with nothing of what I asked for. Call and was told I needed to come back to get it corrected and then hung up on.

Ordered add extra egg to my breakfast sandwich. Didn't get it that way. Unforgivable. You are now at the bottom of my to competitive Pittsburgh area Dunkin list.
And the way the windows are set up is extremely ridiculous. Mobile orders go to the second window but if there's more than one mobile order you block the drive-thru order from being able to go leave.

The manager tried to scold us because we had a mobile order and used the regular order drive thru line. The mobile order drive thru line was blocked by traffic cones, so obviously I'm not going to drive over those cones and potentially damage my vehicle. Also, the regular coffee we ordered and the ice coffee tasted terrible, like burnt filter bean water.

I went to Dunkin Dounts drive through and ordered medium hot coffee,, but make sure it is an hot coffee because every time my coffee is warm…she said we can’t do anything for you if you got warm coffee..I say I order hot coffee..she said I’m sorry we don’t have hot coffee.. She is black lady wearin glasses I asked her about her name..she said Jessica.. I’m not sure if she give me her right name
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The girl working the drive through was extremely rude, I pulled into the far right lane and she made me drive around to get in the other lane even though the speaker says order here, I waited almost 15 minutes for a coffee and sliders even though I was the only one in line and then when I drove off my order was wrong. I Will never stop at this Dunkin again, they are clearly having internal issues.

dumbest place ever, can’t even go inside. they have two separate lines so if you have a mobile order you have to be in the other line and you can’t leave the line to go around because there’s cones up
