The manager was very rude....
I order bacon jam grilled cheese... but I asked to take out the bacon...
The cashier said he would do that.
But the manager said no, and returned my money...
She asked me would I order another sandwich? Because she didn't want make sandwich without bacon if you order bacon jam grilled cheese (event I paid full price)

Went there at 12pm today to avail the National Coffee Day deal after walking for 20 minutes. I couldn’t download their app. Staff refused to help. And the barista gave me attitude for no reason and said right to my face, “I gotta make all this coffee!”
Went to another coffee shop.Never coming back. Pathetic lol.

Most of the time it’s fine but like today idk it’s the white 5’4 skinny girl with the blue button shirt and ponytail, she’s under the influence or something she made 1 outta 6 items on my order and than proceeded to keep making the order in batches every time I corrected her so she made the drink then 3 more items then 2 more and finally the last one and it took me 20 mins to get a mobile order 10 mins after placing and arriving to the store

How could I give Dunkin’ anything less than 5 stars when they sponsor the Banana Ball? That alone deserves MVP status. And let’s be clear—we’re tailgater fans! Gater up! So no striking out the tailgaters here. 😂

Now, about my visit: when I ordered, the staff told me right away they were running behind on food. And wow… they weren’t kidding. Thirty minutes later my bagel bites and hash browns finally made it out. Thankfully, I had my coffee in hand to sip while I waited.

Even with a long line and a couple of Karens in the mix, the staff stayed friendly and professional. I actually appreciated the honesty upfront—it let me decide if I wanted to wait (and I did, because hot Dunkin’ food is worth it). Coffee, food, and staff that can handle chaos? Still a 5-star run in my book.

A MAN walked in on me when I was in the bathroom and made me feel violentated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I kept yellin I’MIN HERE I’M IN HERE !!! While he put the numbers in the door but he still opened it anyway and he closed it up relaly quickly but it was EMBARRASSSING
AND I dint excpect this to happen when the code for the bathroom was SO LONG it was like a phone NUMBER

It is INSANELY hot inside this store. There is no reason that they should be open with these conditions. I contacted the health department after I watched an employee pass out on the floor while making food. This is inhumane. It was hotter inside the store than it was outside. The icing was completely melted off of all the donuts. I asked the cashier what management was doing about the heat and she said that “the managers were off and it was the building’s fault that it was so hot”. All they got were given were fans that were just pushing around hot air. Never supporting this store again. Treat your employees better. Close the store when it’s 95 degrees.

Poor Lucas! He was stuck taking orders and making the drinks alone with a very long line while two of the other employees seemed to be completely nonexistent. Unhygienic for the cashier to also make the drinks, and it’s not his fault, it’s the two employees that seemed to disappear together.

Kid at the counter is rude and needs to learn how to verbally answer customers instead of rolling his eyes and pointing. Literally would not answer questions pertaining to his job when asked, was rude to our entire group and rolled his eyes multiple times.

If he can’t handle working on a busy Saturday maybe he should get a different job.

Extremely Disappointed with the Hygiene and Service

This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, it will be my last.

The staff preparing the food was standing very close to the counter, not wearing an apron, and their t-shirt was touching the food (bagels) – which is extremely unhygienic. They also did not wear a mask and were talking while preparing the food, which made me very uncomfortable.

I ordered five sausage and cheese bagels, and it took a very long time to prepare. The way they handled the food was careless, as if it was not food, but something to just throw around. Then the staff told me, “Sorry, I messed up your order”, without offering a solution.

When I said I did not want to take the messed-up food, they responded, “You don’t have to,” but did not ask if I wanted a refund or show any concern about the issue.

The service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I left very disappointed and will not be returning.

Got lectured at by an employee because “they couldn’t understand why I’d would place a mobile order” and that “they weren’t trying to be accusatory, they just couldn’t understand why I would do that”. They then made a big show doing everything but making the order even though there were maybe 6 customers with 3 employees in the whole place. I don’t know what happened earlier but this was insanely weird to be yelled at for literally just ordering a single coffee through the app.

It's so hot inside there , all of the icing melted off most of the doughnuts 🤣 and the filled ones liquified and ozzed out...lol . Nice employees tho. Idk tho maybe the AC broke 🤷

I used to order mobile pickups from this Dunkin, and sometimes it would be a toss of the coin whether they would be ready or not, or sometimes just forgotten completely. But I have to say, over the last several months, this Dunkin has absolutely found it's groove. I have had ZERO issues with placing mobile orders, ranging from a single coffee to a large order for a staff meeting. The staff there seem to have a great thing going at the moment. Every order seems to be on time, and it appears to be running very smoothly.
I would never typically write a google review for a Dunkin Donuts, but I felt compelled to do so for this one.
