Started calling at 7pm because we received the wrong order, closing time for this store is 9PM They never picked up my calls … I made over 12 calls and all went to voicemail. Terrible customer service practice. Will be getting in touch with general manager and corporate to report this issue.

Understaffed or not rudely speak to customers is never okay. Door dash orders routinely take almost 20+ minutes after order says it's ready to be picked up. The woman handing out the orders was just a nasty person and the manager say there saying nothing because I am sure he's understaffed with no applications but that's not an excuse to A. Be rude and mean B. Mess with my money making opportunities by lying and saying orders are ready to better their in house times. What a joke. I've also seen cups dropped on the ground and being reused for orders. Disgusting.

Stopped by for an iced coffee, luckily at a lull in customers, and the staff was exceptionally nice and helped me choose the best fancy iced coffee (brown sugar cookie, light on the syrup) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?????

The ABSOLUTE worst hot pumpkin latte #9818 with ZERO pumpkin taste. It tasted like lukewarm milk water from 3 days ago. The donuts were half stale and little icing. I am embarrassed for you. I am DONEkin with LEBO

Today I ask specifically 3 sesame bagel double tost with cream cheese I got 3 plain bagel all cheese in side sure I said 3 sesame bagel gave me nasty attitude and make it after that we have only 2 sesame bagel if u want it or not this place never welcome and people taken order have a gum in mouth place dirty employees are bad attitude I never ever again this location again I am out Place run like this soon out of business

I’ll make a mobile order for donuts and I still get there and wait 15 minutes for them to crank out 100 drinks and ignore my order. Then I have to complain to someone and someone finally fulfills the order. Cool way to run a business. I’m out.
Coffee made very poorly more than half the time. Can’t go to this location anymore. Have wasted too much money throwing out absolutely horrible cups of coffee after the first sip.

I was there earlier today and ordered a grilled cheese and come to find the kid just threw it in the microwave which tasted absolutely gross. Also told the kid I wanted a drink that he forgot to ring up and then made a problem when we asked for it again. Definitely poor workmanship will not return to this location
