Literally the best dunkin. I stop a couple times a week and have never been done dirty. I will always stop here and go out of my way to go to this one instead of others in the area.

Went for breakfast. It was my first time here. They seemed busy with the drive thru, so the inside service was slower but the workers were incredibly friendly and asked what we were waiting for after noticing we were standing for awhile. It just seemed like they needed another worker! The inside was immaculate and one of the better dunkins to eat at. Would absolutely go again. Choose drive thru if youre in a hurry!

This lady Betty was so rude & the conversation was horrible. Decided to have breakfast & I almost left the line because of how rude she was. Also the item was not even aligned correctly because of her miserable attitude. You would think in such a high traffic area they could have someone with a better attitude.

Listen, I messed up my own order on the app and the sweet women at Harmar Dunkin were so patient. They walked me through it, explained my mistake, and sent me off smiling!!! I've never had any problems at this Dunkin, it's clean, they're friendly, and the service is always efficient but not rushed. They really care for the people who run on Dunkin!!!!

Order hot drinks made cold drinks and employee on the register with attitude like owns the town. Never say sorry for what ever happened. rediculous service. Never recommend this dunkin.
It’s taken 20 minutes to make 2 drinks and pick 2 donuts. Why was only one person working while the other 3 swept and the guy was picking his face while wearing gloves. Insanely slow service when it was literally empty inside. Latte doesn’t even taste good & donuts aren’t fantastic either. Shame hrg won’t change.
