Order hot drinks made cold drinks and employee on the register with attitude like owns the town. Never say sorry for what ever happened. rediculous service. Never recommend this dunkin.

It’s taken 20 minutes to make 2 drinks and pick 2 donuts. Why was only one person working while the other 3 swept and the guy was picking his face while wearing gloves. Insanely slow service when it was literally empty inside. Latte doesn’t even taste good & donuts aren’t fantastic either. Shame hrg won’t change.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin' run by HRG. They were going to stay open during the remodel and the day they changed their mind, they accepted online orders to a closed store. It took over 14 days to get my $3 refund. Since reopening, every experience has been terrible. On one occasion I watched an employee make fun of a customer who'd just had a bad experience! My last mobile order wasn't ready until 20 minutes after the scheduled time. The slip was printed and waiting but they made all the new orders before starting on mine, and I was late to work. HRG used to respond to customer complaints but I guess they're getting too many now to respond.

Four people working there and yet they had no donuts. The ones they had were just settling for us. They had a few racks that werent put away, but nothing in the case, but Maybe three choices. They did not tape the box and the Box buckled and they almost fell out. I had to go back and ask for a piece of tape. The jelly donuts had 25 cent size amount of jelly in it. The double chocolate in the chocolate glazed, I believe to be old. I don’t understand why with four people there but they can’t function enough to satisfy the customers.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Upon arrival I was informed by a young lady that the donuts ordered were sold out and asked if I wanted something else. As I was looking to see what other options were available, she went to punch out for break and left. Great customer service! (That is sarcasm.)

Did a mobile order and waited 20 min for it once I got there. They were so behind and the shift leader was swearing and discussing the lazy team from night before that closed. It was very unprofessional. Several others were there also waiting and orders not complete. I'm guessing this will cause loss of business, unfortunately. Very unorganized.

I've only had one negative experience here, but unfortunately it was when I was already having a bad day so that really topped it. the woman interrupted me at the speaker, wanted me to pay at the window when i paid online, and when I told her i already paid she just cut me off again and asked for my name in a flat and rude tone. no sorry, no nothing. she then just handed me my drink. no have a good day or anything. i wasn't rude at all so im really confused on why she chose to pick on me.

aside from that, the rest of the staff is LOVELY from my experience. one man usually compliments my graphic beanie which always makes my day!
