We ordered one iced latte and one frozen coffee. I am certain my iced latte was iced coffee. I heard a barista behind the bar asking another barista how to make a latte. It seemed like the one tall guy was really trying to account for everyone else’s lack of training, running around like crazy doing his best. Girl on the register did well with her customer service. Orders were in disarray for everyone waiting in the lobby. Couple in front of us waited longer than us for two drinks and their pastries. I quite literally threw my “latte” out within 100 feet of the building. Management needs to step in and take over. Close down for a week and retrain your employees if needed. Customers come first in customer service. Wishing these kids the best of luck at this job.

I don’t order from DoorDash often and things like this are exactly why order took forever and there were items missing of course when I called the store to try to make it right nobody answers. I’ll be deleting the app and done with Dunkin’ Donuts.

They don't know the difference between ice coffee and a iced latte every time I go there my large iced mocha latte is trash today I got iced coffee instead of a iced latte unreal!!!

Every experience buying donuts results in the 1st donut being placed in the bag unside down so the frosting has to be scraped off the bottom of the bag. I don't see how this would be normal practice. And when being double-charged, I got the run-around regarding how to get this credited. It's time to be done!
