Terrible location. Got the Dunkin deal meal for $6 and the sausage was old and the bagel has a weird taste to it. The coffee was okay but could’ve been better! The lobby looks ridiculous, they don’t clean off the counters and they always have a mean look on their faces! You have a better chance going to Panera bread. It’s a bit more pricey but better service and better food!!

Waiting in line is a nightmare. You stand there for 30 minutes and nobody takes you order and then they yell at you to order in a mother room if you are using card. Doesn’t matter how many times you say you are using cash. I ordered online and while I’m waiting I can hear them complaining about people using cash. Terrible service.

TERRIBLE I WAS SITTING IN THE DINING ROOM AND SEEN mice running around and told one of the staff and they just said okay and my food was terrible the bread was very hard and my drink had stuff floating in it the bathroom had human feces all over the bathroom and i was just appalled i will not be returning back and there gm is stealing and trading food while customers are in the store and the place is ridiculous honestly a joke of an establishment they need to be shut down

If you go late morning to around 1pm, you’re lucky if you get your order within 20 minutes, and if they don’t get your order wrong or aren’t out of something in your order. I’ve received sandwiches not with the plain bagel I ordered it on way too many times, sometimes toasted instead of not toasted too, and they’re always out of a lot of donuts. They also sometimes leave out iced/frozen drinks to melt since they take a while to call them out. They get your order completely right and with good quality once every five times you go at best.

Food was practically frozen in the middle. Another location that gets so slammed with online orders that it's impossible for their shortstaffed workers to keep up with demand, which means undercooked food and outrageous wait times. Corporations want that grubhub money and they're willing to sacrifice on quality and put their staff through the meatgrinder to get it.

Huge wait- waited 55 min for a drink and 2 wraps. Never got the wraps. When I asked, the worker gave me the drink and then threw away my receipt when i said it was ok- I meant that I would continue waiting while drinking my drink. I ended up just leaving. I understand that they’re busy but food should not take that long. I watched many people come in and out and leave with food while I had been there longer. A girl next to me had even waited longer than me (for like an hour) and she ended up just leaving empty handed after an hour.
