I frequently visit this location and I’m so serious when I say if you want your food make correctly do not come to this location. On more than one occasion I would order an egg sandwich later to receive the sandwich with either a frozen egg or no egg at all. I went thru the drive thru today after sitting in the line for over 20 min now I’m late for work.. ordered a few things including a coffee I received everything but the coffee . I had to turn all the way around I came In I was rude or anything I just asked if I can get a new coffee I watched the girls whisper n then give me the same coffee plus the donut was soooo stale

I go to this location almost daily for years. Never had a problem until today. I put my order in, and I got completely the wrong order so when I go back around through drive-through to let them know the manager, there was very disrespectful, wouldn’t provide her name and continued to get very nasty over them messing up on my order absolutely horrible customer service

Asked for a cold brew with 3 pumps of caramel , first. The response was “is that hot or cold”. I reiterated ‘COLD’ brew. Ordered an egg & cheese muffin sandwich. Specifically no meat. I received a bacon and egg croissant and an ice coffee with no caramel in it. I was then told, in a very shitty way, to pull up to the curb and the order would be ran out. When the genius that doesn’t not cold brew from hot brew brought it out, the coffee was STILL wrong. I said can you please get my order right? I’m in a hurry to get to work. His reply? “Man! We are busy as hell!” I said, “Welcome to the work world. Where you actually have to work.” I finally got it all corrected. This was a 20 minute ordeal. With the young man having an attitude problem, I will be contacting their corporate. Shut up and do your job.

It is exactly what you would expect from dunkin donuts. That is something I look for in any franchise store or restaurant: consistency. Nothing great about it, I just appreciate that you know what it will be if you have been to any dunkin donuts.

I always love coming in Duncan. I always get a large hot decaf coffee with almond milk and butter pecan swirl which is delicious. I love the hashbrowns and I also do the hash brown bows as well. The brisket bowl is bomb.
