Come here frequently, but today was probably my last visit. Ordered online, went inside and was hit with the smell of rotten milk or cream. Got a little nervous, picked up my stuff and left. One sip and I could tell my drink was made with something expired, most likely the cream. It’s sour, foaming, and clumping. Absolutely disgusting. I come before work normally and the workers are always the sweetest, but I just can’t and will not spend my money in a place that thinks using expired product is okay to serve to the public. I’ve already gotten sick from the two sips I took. It’s unfortunate but I won’t be back.

Poor planning on my part, led to me showing up at the door of this shop with an order of food for 24 people. The two ladies behind the counter were both kind and generous and their willingness to drop everything and attend to the date of my order.

Me and my Preschooler love coming in here. There's always delicious donuts and things to try! The staff is always friendly and the selection is good. There's always enough seating despite the small space the building occupies. Great little donut shop! We love coming back!

This store is within walking distance for me. I walk to pick up donuts when I crave them or when my family wants them. They have a wide variety and they're good and fresh.
Shout out to Jessica, Michelle, and Paula. They are always so helpful and friendly even under pressure they do their jobs well. Food and drinks are always tasty, if there's ever a mistake (its rare but it happens) they fix it on the spot. For the people giving 1 star reviews because of waiting in line. They are required to take mobile orders first. They do not have a drive-thru. I would suggest ordering through the app if you're in a rush, or not order during their rush periods.
Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives are almond and oat.
Parking: The lot is atrocious, pot holes everywhere. The lot is owned by the building and not by any specific store. There's a couple spots by The Exchange that are missing meters if you're in need of a free spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic, but the grounds are flat.

We stood in line for (no exaggeration) 10 minutes before we were even waited on! We were one of the few people in line while everyone behind the counter prioritized drive-thru and mobile orders. We only went inside because we wanted to see the donuts this morning. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
The ladies at this dunkin are always so so so nice to me! Jessica H. is super super sweet! She always gets my order right too! I love the employees there so much!
The food and drink was great, as usual! However, the woman who was running the front on Sunday at 12pm was definitely the rudest staff members I've ever met. Had a nasty attitude, snapped that the order wasn't ready yet when I asked, and was making fun of the pronunciation of my name. Never want to return to this branch due to this customer service.
