This location sucks. Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes if you order in the morning today their entire printer was down so there was about 20 people in the store waiting for food and drinks. When I finally got my coffee it wasn’t even filled all the way.

I found it interesting that you were told at the counter that they were only allowing you to order drinks or donuts, yet mobile orders were being sent out using the full menu. I went there for hash browns, ended up with two drinks -one tasted just like water and one was missing flavor all together. Refunded and went to Wendy's. Added to the list of "Nope".

So incredibly unorganized. The woman working the register was also training someone AND making drinks, even though I counted at least six people working. I ordered a cappuccino, and you would have thought I ordered some complicated coffee request. I almost felt guilty for ordering it, which is ridiculous, as it's on your menu. Regardless of having a gift card, it's not worth going back.

My sister and I were here from out of town staying at The Hyatt. We arrived at 7:43 pm after being at West Penn Hospital and having a rough day. All we wanted was one scoop of ice cream in a bowl. There were two people in front of us waiting. No one would wait on us for 10 minutes. Then when they finally did, they said “this is nuts”. Did not say Hi or Thank You. The closing time is 8:00 pm. They should serve until 8:00 pm. Our Dunkin is awesome back home. This store manager should be ashamed. From the reviews, the manager at this Dunkin, obviously doesn’t care. Corporate needs to really address this!!!!
