Waited for 10min. And employees completely ignored me and did not acknowledge me standing there. An employee even came from back to grab the pizza they had delivered. Walked out. Terrible service!

Extremely slow. Several people standing around while only one person actually works. Waited over 20 minutes for an order I placed online. No other people in lobby, or orders.

Very rude I understand being busy i really do but just to be disrespectful when your waiting in line is just un called for hope the ladys day gets better I'll make sure to not stand in your line agian and just make coffee ☕️ at home or go to a other place

I went in and ordered a medium coffee and 25 assorted munchkins since they a minimal selection of donuts. The lady took my order took my receipt and crumpled it up and threw it on the floor. The lobby had multiple people waiting for food and the pick up counter had orders scattered everywhere. I waited and watched the same woman who took my order fill 2 boxes of donuts and didnt event attempt to fill my order. I waited another ten minutes to hear my ordered yelled and the woman cleaning off the cup as it looked like another coffee had been spilled onto it. I waited another 10 minutes for the munchkins and when I tried to ask what appeared to be the manager (an older gentleman with a moustache and glasses) he told to wait a minute and that he was busy. I watched him slowly stir with a spoon acold drink and then walk to the counter and then didnt walk back over to me. I tried to get the attention of the original employee who took my order and she told to wait my turn. At that point I decided to leave. As I walked out I took a sip of my coffee and spit it out as it had no cream or sugar in it although the tag on the side said it did. I went to take another another drink and it was bitter. Having been to alot of other dunkin establishments I can say if you want poor service and food then go to this location.

A bit too ghetto. Burnt croissant with cold sausage and egg, explain how that one happens. Got told "sorry but we be busy" and then ignored. However, my coffee was delicious.

Stood inside for ten minutes and no one even looked at me then I asked is someone taking orders and I was told sir we are super busy yea only doing drive through orders then go to thé drive through and I'm the one there and told to hold u hate the staff there so rude

I usually get coffee from here, but most of the time they either don’t mix the sugar or don’t add at all. I like this spot but I don’t want to get disappointed when I sip the coffee

Local management changed, top down, everyone is pissed off they work there and it translates to rude folks, missed items, incorrect orders. 3 years ago the review I gave was 5/5 stars on all.

Extremely backed up, dozens of red orders of their screen. Ordered the white hazelnut bark coffee and got a coffee with just two shots of hazelnut in it. They don’t even know what their own menu items are! Didn’t give me my receipt just through it away without asking. I will NEVER come to this Dunkin again. Waste of money for burnt incorrect coffee and zero donut selection.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:40pm, no response. Tried to open the door, locked. 2 employees pacing around inside. The establishment closes at 9. Very odd and frustrating.
