This place is very ableist towards the most vulnerable population in the world, the disabled. When you are rude to those with disabilities via discrimination, you are very much keeping racism alive because racism is rooted from ableism. Be kinder to the disabled customers

Drive through closes before it’s time before the store drive though hours are complete staff close and go home very bad for business and customers I sure won’t be coming back to this location

They are rude. I was given the wrong order and had to ask for a refund after they didn't have what I ordered. They tried to substitute the missing item with something half the price. This is the second time my very simple order was messed up. Also, it smelled like sewage in there.

Worst experience ever cashier didn’t know to put milk in my coffee. Another employee came over interrupting our convo. Very unprofessional. The employee went back and forth with me for 10 mins. The staff allowed her to argue with me. I will never visit this place again. Terrible I asked for a refund they gave me a coffee with no milk and it comes with milk.

Who keeps hiring these unprofessional people!? that man with make up / woman handed me half order with open bag thankfully that nice blond lady working there sealed one bag but the other bag was not sealed therefore when I delivered it, customer reported me thinking I opened it 🤦‍♂️ can someone give a proper training to these unprofessional workers!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff member named Krishma was very unpleasant and rude during my visit. She gave me the wrong order, and when I tried to let her know, she acted like I was the one causing a problem. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was frustrating enough to speak up. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Dunkin’

I stopped here on my way home from work and went through the drive-thru to grab a few donuts. The girl at the window took my order. I asked for two chocolate glazed, two plain glazed, and two Boston crème. Simple.

When I pulled up to the window and said hi, she just stared at me..no greeting, no acknowledgment like I was bothering her. I handed her my debit card, she gave me the donuts and the card back, but no receipt. Then she said “Have a nice day” and shut the window.

Excuse me… where’s my receipt? I wasn’t offered one, wasn’t told my total, nothing. I had to check my bank account just to see how much I was charged. That’s ridiculous!!

After working long hours all week, I just wanted something quick without the hassle of going inside a restaurant. I shouldn’t have to chase down basic customer service like getting a receipt or being treated with a little respect.

I definitely don’t recommend going here. Terrible customer service. We shouldn’t have to beg to be treated decently. Hopefully, the donuts are at least worth the mess.

I have been trying to give this place a chance, but this Dunkin is the WORST in the city!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT come here!! They never have the food you want, the donuts, nothing. I have stood in line before, watching his they treat people. They will get someone's order wrong and not care. Make people wait for endless amounts of time for no good reason.
I am DONE coming here!

Food comes out correct and tastes on par with other DD. If you go in to this location, however, is always smells like baby diapers which makes me feel so uneasy 🤢

First off, it smells like puke inside.
Second, they made my drink a medium when I asked for a small and charged me for it.
Third, I went back in to ask for a new one or get a refund no one even acknowledged I was at the counter.

So please make it make sense so my son don't eat so I got charged for the full bacon egg and cheese and they just minus the egg off of it. You would think that they would have a key for just bacon and cheese. Not to sound cheap but why should I pay for something I didn't get..
