On the left is the coffee I originally ordered medium coffee, nine milk five sugar on the right is the coffee I received Which has nine cream five sugar clearly you can tell the difference cream has a white film. I proceeded to go through the drive-through to let them know nicely my drink was made wrong, and I would like it replaced. The woman who made my drink, came to the window and said I made your drink and made it with milk I stated no ma’am sorry you clearly did not make it with milk milk coffee is brown and creamer coffee is white as seen in photos ahhhhh just remake my coffee I wouldn’t lie.

I walked in and waited at the counter for a solid 5 minutes before they said they'd be right with me. In that time they only waited on the cars in the drive thru. An employee walked in from outside and made themselves 2 drinks and then went back outside to their car. After another couple minutes of waiting they finally took my order.
I haven’t been to a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s bad. I love their coffee so much that I get it from the supermarket all the time, and the donuts are the best.

Restaurant open till 10 pm, so I went at 6 pm. Waited two minutes before asked for my order. I said, A dozen donuts. Reply was, We have limited donuts. Do you have Boston creme? No we do not. — I understand they want donuts to be fresh but to be at limited stock of your signature item, donuts, 4 hours before closing time is to me unacceptable. Why be open at all? Felt bad I went out of my way and won’t plan to shop at any Dunkin’ after 12 pm as a result.
