⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service!

Big shout out to Mia at Dunkin' for making my visit exceptional! Her friendly attitude and efficiency really brightened up the experience. She handled the morning rush with a smile and made sure every customer felt welcomed and taken care of. It's employees like Mia who transform a simple coffee run into a pleasant start to the day. This location clearly values quality service, and it shows through their staff. Definitely my new go-to Dunkin'!

Want there ealry morning then they say to the one girl over the headset I need to leave before I can continue taking your order cant kick a paying customer out and if they are paying that illegal can't do that worst dunkin ever and the worst dunkin doughnuts in the area I go to avalon if that the case or downtown

I've been coming to this location at least once a week for >2 years, and if you live in the area you know that they're always a little bit slow, and you expect this going in. However - today was a different story. Mobile ordering was down, so we went in to order in person. Not a big deal, happens. We ordered our drinks and 2 sandwiches, and proceeded to sit in the restaurant for 45 minutes because they were (and this is not an exaggeration) completely out of both cold brew and iced coffee. We said it was fine to change drinks to an espresso drink because they were out of the others, and they made our drinks. However, the food was still not ready. When asked about the status of the food, they forgot to make it alltogether, and in the time it took to establish they forgot our food, they had actually ran out of the food we ordered. In the 45 minutes that we sat there AFTER PAYING FOR OUR ORDERS they ran out of cold brew, iced coffee, english muffins, bagels, and all donuts. And they were STILL taking orders without telling anyone they actually had no food OR drinks at this point. I don't know what happened today, and I'm a really forgiving person who is super understanding of "stuff happens", but this is actually ridiculous.

Every time order drive-thru from this location, food is missing.

Perfect example; five minutes ago I placed a $20 order and about $6 of items were missing from the bag.

Sadly I go in this restaurant 2-4 times a week for coffee. This morning I ordered ahead and the coffee was done in a timely fashion but even after engaging in conversation with an employee. Took ten min to get a donut and the sad sack of cold mushy tater tots (pictured below). Please note. I didn’t eat any of the tots. Went right into the garbage. Especially after I went into the restaurant and asked where the rest of my toys were … I was told you get six. Doesn’t even fill the bag. Won’t make that mistake again. I will say weekly crew is more personable than the weekend crew. AND if you’re ordering coffee / drink and a donut you likely won’t experience much of an issue except wait time. Food almost 100% is wrong or cold, and not a good value.

Decided to use the $3 drink deal in the app to try a frozen bonfire s’mores coffee. I preordered on my way home from work and it was ready ~5 minutes later when I arrived. Pretty good, on par with the Starbucks frappuccinos and welcome for running errands on a hot day.
