I love eat n park! This one was NOT it! Terrible customer service , assistant manager terrible attitude server wasn't pleasant told me she would loose her job if she gave me a to go box for my 8 year olds food she didn't finish off the breakfast bar ... so your telling me you rather throw this food in the garbage rather then letting my child take it home!!! Very unpleasant experience today i did get upset and my grandmother existed the building ..... they could have gave me a to go box! Servers tip was immediately cut in half & i am a server !!!!! I always give my customers what they want! Didn't know asking for a to go box would turn into something so problematic!!!!!! 1-10 for this location!!!

I have been going to Eat n Park for many many years. When I was a kiddo it was a staple. Every Sunday after church my family would be at the Library Rd. Location. Now I get to bring my kiddo. Holly our server was amazing as always. She is so attentive and helpful. Great food for a great price. Eat n Park a PGH institution deservedly so.

holly was very sweet and attentive, helping with our gluten free needs and providing extra napkins, refills etc without us asking. she was kind and offered a smile that brightened our otherwise long day. the restaurant was clean and cool (despite 90 degree summer heat outside), the food was fresh and good.

When we come in our usual server Jessi….she is hands down the kindest, sweetest, and most caring human, which makes an even better waitress. I went into the restaurant on a Friday afternoon and they were busy but Instead of making me wait the manager Danielle B waited on me herself she was friendly knew the menu well she was also helping the other servers clean the tables, run food. Great job Eat n Park couldn't ask for a better lunch
