Good breakfast, everything just as it should be. The waitress Chelsey was friendly and attentive. Even the bathroom was clean. I appreciate a nice experience on a nasty weather day when everyone would rather be home.

We have attended several Bob Evans, and attended this restaurant in Pittsburgh on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately it was chaotic, with pick ups and seemed unorganized. Was seated, requested a carafe of coffee, was refused by the person serving us, stating it stains the carafe, therefore they are not allowed to do so despite having this in other Bob Evans restaurants, listened to their complaint about being up since 3am and to add insult to injury, was subjected to a conversation from the person serving us, to other colleagues in the kitchen complaining about us. Highly insulting and unprofessional and has made us rethink about ever attending a Bob Evans restaurant again. So disappointed.

The Dinner Bell special is a great deal for $8.99. A piece of chicken fried steak. Mash potatoes and gravy, green beans and ham and two slices of banana bread. That's a steal in today's world.

There was 5 of us for.breakfast.. 3 of the 5 meals ordered came out cold. Coffee was luke warm at best. 2 in the party started feeling sick later that day.
We walked in around 8pm, the kitchen was closed & half of the restaurant was dark. The hostess saw us walk in and ignored us until we felt so uncomfortable that we left without anyone even acknowledging us. It’s disappointing and unwelcoming there.
