I just picked up a takeout order from this location, and while I was waiting at the pickup window, I saw an employee in the kitchen with her mask down below her chin. And then she wiped her nose on the back of her hand and continued to work. I don't know whether or not she was actually working with food, but that's never okay in a restaurant and especially not these days.

Edgewood town center location. Ate inside with 2 friends. Breakfast was good. Coffee was lukewarm at best. Mentioned to server a few times. Seemed to agitate her. I could hold my finger in \"fresh\" cup. Never got a hot cup. She was very attentive with everything else and quick to respond with other request. We stayed and talked a long time and never felt hurried to leave.

Decided to treat myself to breakfast and boy was I sorry I ate at this place. First of all, they didn't have any tomato juice, so I was offered V-8 instead. Nope, out of that too. They don't offer hash browns, only fries or tater tots. OK, fair enough, so I skipped the potatoes. Ordered the Mushroom and Swiss omelette. When it arrived, the toast was ice cold and dripping in some margarine-like substance. More of that glop than bread, so I skipped eating the toast. The omelette was barely warm and the cheese tasted slightly synthetic, mushrooms tasted funky. Had to quit after a couple bites. Basically, I spent $14 for a glass of orange juice. The young woman who waited on me was pleasant at least. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I gave this 1 star only because it won't let me give zero.

I believe our waitress's name was Raiynaia (Hope I didnt butcher the spelling). My family and I went in for lunch before a 4 hour drive back home. 3 burgers, a Turkey club, pancakes and eggs took about 10 mins to make and was DELICIOUS! Also, when we were ready to go, and asked for To-go cups, Raiynaia came back out immediately because she already made them. Also, she gave us some smiley cookies. Hopefully will be going back if we go back up for vacation again!!

I love their clam chowder. I also enjoy yheir Angus burgers. I can rock with their salad bar. I eat here pretty frequently. But I HATE their Smiley cookies. They used to have some delicious chocolate chip cookies. They need to put those back on the menu.

They were not busy, almost empty restaurant, and we learned why. The service was painfully slow. It took over an hour to order, get our food, and pay our bill. Had I not been with others, I would have left before even waiting as long as we did to order, about 15 minutes. The food was about the same quality as a microwave meal. Little taste, lukewarm.

Went for soup and salad bar around 1 pm. Soup good...clam chowder is a favorite. BUT salad bar was lousy. Iceberg lettuce was brown around the edges and cut celery in water was more brown that green...how long does that even take? I had cut celery sticks on Friday and placed in a little water in a small plastic container. Traveled 2 hours before refrigerating. Today is Monday, and traveled home 2 hours today. My celery is still green and crisp!

I ordered online from their pickup window for my family of four. We were going out of town. 10 minutes after picking up our order, we realized that only one, out of the four of us, received our sides. I called and communicated what happened to the man who had handed us our food at the window. He apologized with a very blase attitude, and said that they would be sending a gift card to our home to make it up to us. It's been a few months and the card has never come. I'm not very surprised.
