Long time patron quits going bc new hostess is super hostile I arrived at the front and she looked me up and down and said can I help you? Uh, clearly I'm here to install drywall . Like no customer service skills at all. Her attitude makes me feel unwelcome and I will not be eating there again. Every time I go on there she looks at me as if I've asked her for a lightly fried skunk. Just awful protocol is how many table or booth not can I help you

I had an online order at the Penn Hills location for me and my mom, I pulled up at the drive through and I literally waited 8-10 minutes altogether for someone to come to the window. I had to call the restaurant and inform one of the servers that I have been sitting at the window for a while and if anyone is working the window. The server informed me that the other server was working both the dining area and window, but the young lady that I was on the phone with would come to the window and hand me my order. I waited 4 minutes and it wasn’t the young lady I spoke with it was the other server that was running the window and dining area. He came to the window very unprofessional, unapologetic, and very rude, then proceeded to ask me is this you, I said yes and he handed me my food and coffee and closed the window and walked away without an apology. I drove away and called Eat N Park to see if I could speak with a manager, and the young lady said he is working the drive through right now. To my surprise the manager is the rude and unprofessional server that was working the window. I could not tell he was a manager because his whole demeanor was very unprofessional and he was very rude and unapologetic. I just want to let everyone know if you want Eat N Park don’t ever go to the one in Penn Hills because they are very unprofessional and the service there is poor. This isn’t the first time this happened to me that’s why I haven’t been at this location in a year, but as you can see a whole year later and still the same results. (Beware and stay far away from this location)
