I have never had such poor service as I had at this restaurant, and we got the buffet! So all she had to do was bring us drinks and that didn’t happen. We left before we got our drinks and I had to get up more than once and ask for the check. Our table was never cleared of dishes either. I will not be coming back.

Excellent customer service via telephone as well as drive thru, the young lady on Saturday night was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable pertaining to the menu. Excellent customer service skills. I would recommend the Pittsburgh Sandwhich which was recommend to me by the staff. I would come again!

After being a customer for a few years at Penn Hills, I found the service yesterday abruptly went from good to inexcusably bad! I had to wait a while to be seated and several more minutes for a server, and she brought me the wrong dish, so I had to wait still longer for what I actually ordered. When I paid by credit card, I found a big overcharge, so I spent more time at the front to get that corrected. I'm appalled at the sudden change to lousy service at Penn Hills Eat'n Park!

We have lived in Penn hills for 30 some years go to Eat and always come atleast once a week to get orders even thru covid we got take out to try help restaurant last time ordered meal with two orders pumpkin pie only received one . Usually would not make deal about it but eating out is so expensive . Just ordered again two meals and two tossed salads and only received one. I called and left message for manager but no return call. Please make sure check all take out orders so we get what we paid for. We are so familiar with take out window girls mention my husband by name . My family has grown up eating breakfast and dinner here . Yeah ? went for weekly takeout order got rosemary chicken and all items were there including pie thanks for your attention
